    good news is they saw me straight away (person in front of me was in to cancel her appointment!)and gave me a new phone. Yippee! :j

    One thing you can't fault Apple for is their customer service.

    Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

    This is exactly why I like apple. I purchased a Mac pro off them 3 years ago now and still going strong (unlike my laptops that always gave up the ghost after 12-18 months)

    They have been fantastic with their customer service over the past few years. If I have an issue that I cant fix myself they repair it for me.

    Local store isnt too fair either and is in a big shopping centre so dont mind if I have to go down.

    I think I like that you can go back to the shop at any time where as with other manufacturers you have to send your products off for repair
