snotfest in here today.. :( I think the sleep deficit is catching up on me!! I need a trip to The Range and Dunelm.. I'm looking at getting some craft supplies to get some quids in before the big C word happens in 3 months time (can't say the word, I get far too excited!)

I've got a fair bit from ebeast the last few months.. which I am hoping to continue over the next few weeks.. it is a bit of a bore though. 3 more things ending today all sold.. 2 for more than I anticipated!

Cuppa time and then I need to clear some more laundry in the kitchen.. and Pixie is napping as she had me up most of the night so she is shattered! I want to strip my bed still..

May need to find drugs for the snot :(

    Morning!

Hope all you early risers have a restful day. I had to lift DD out of bed at 8.15, she's only just having brekki now (me too...) we took DS to school then drove to my mums as she's unwell and needs help. She's in bed just now so we are having brekki then I will do some jobs, but her house isn't too messy. I've brought my ingredients as I had planned to make sweet potato and butternut squash soup today, so I will make it here, and leave some for mum and stepdad.

    Oh, she's shouting me...

You're doing very well! :T So is everyone else :j

Have managed to rearrange my hospital appointment so that we can both go to DH's cousin's funeral in South Wales next week and share the driving.
Have found a selection of SW groups for us to visit during our touring holiday! ;)

Must get washed and dressed now :o Watch out mole!

so far today ive decluttered the boys to work/school and drank a large amount of coffee with a friend whos dad passed away, she just needed someone before the funeral tomorrow. that took priority over anything on my list. think ill take her a bottle round at the weekend.

going to work now will catch up later

edit iona if you could see our garden you would cry with laughter - no way can it be described as clear. ive got a row of half massacred conifers, and still loads cut of that needs getting rid off it will take till half term i think to get rid of it all. we cant commit and cut everything down till we have a price for the fencing. then we need to sort a date to do it so im not done in the garden yet. but thank you for having such confidence in me.

Just having lunch so thought I would do a quick update!
This morning I have done the shopping and put it all away, 2 x wm (and they are drying outside!) and loaded dw and put it on!
I have also made a huuuuge batch of tomato soup. I have loads of red toms, so I bought some carrots and celery. I doubled the recipe but didn't have 2.5kg of toms so I added a tin of tomatoes. Also thre in some cheese and chive dip and some leftovers from last nights dinner! Must have at least 12 portions!
Ds2 and I have just polished a bowl off! Feel quite smug eating homemade tomato soup with homemade bread!

We are home again, mum kicked us out lol. She must be feeling a bit better.

Went to m@talan on way home got DS some gloves and DD a really cute knitted dress with matching purse. Looked at boots for her but she needed a 10 and I'm sure there is a pair in the cupboard. She's only just gone into the 9s blinkin heck.

Other than school shoes she only has canvas pumps...

Right I'm going to stop being lazy. Will finish the soup and go clean the downstairs loo x

    Right, HHC starting NOW!
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.

Continued with the living room. DS1 dewebbed, and I put the second sofa covers in to wash.

As the small cushions had gone almost completely flat, I bought new ones yesterday, and also a new cover which I couldn't resist, with pictures of French patisserie all over it. On reflection, may just make me permanently hungry!

DS1 room partially decluttered yesterday, vacuumed and bed linen washed this morning.

Treated DD to lunch out, and after a short rest, am out in the garden I think.

I don't see to be finishing many of the lists, but am aiming for an improvement at the very least!
