  • I am back in......kind of......exMil decluttered at bus stop just before 9, went to school course on child anger management so DS and DD4 got free creche and I got 2 hours without having to dodge bouncy children smacking into my jaws. car degibbled while waiting for DS school to start after course, DD4 fed and now conked out on sofa. Can't bear the liquid foods anymore, just made rocket and cheese omelette but slightly suffering from trying to open my mouth to squeeze the fork in......I will have to go back on the liquid tonight.

Painkillers about to be snaffled down, alarm on and a quick snooze. Don't think I can manage DS swimming today, time to be gentle with myself. DD1 home tonight just before midnight, so i will have some real help tomorrow. Whirligig snapped in wind, so DD3 will be on pickup duty later.....righty ho....where's my duvet???
The cold never bothered me anyway

OMG I've got next to nothing done today, laptop been so slow and I have zero concentration. I'm away to collect the tots from school in 15min as well.

Guess who's working tonight, then? Bah!

Keep looking out of the window to make sure ted hasn't escaped of the line. Kazw I might go get him and put a lead of sorts on him, might raise a chuckle from DS, lol...

Have hung the washing out today, and loaded dishwasher.
Had a blitz of the list. Now going to pick up ds1 from school and take swimming. Then home for story and make dinner. Will try and do some stuff off Wednesdays list! Then after dinner, we are going on a bat walk so won't be back until nearly ten. Will play catch up tomorrow!!

Well I have prepped tea ready for bunging on before we go out to DS's trumpet lesson.
Took Lily for a walk, massive improvement in the heel command. Didn't come too easy though, DH and I ended up rowing last night as he was just fannying around and she was refusing to walk. It was flipping freezing and windy so I asked for the keys so I could go and wait in the car. He got a right monk on and gave me the lead and went and sat himself in the car.

Bossy, glad Ted was found. I remember when Owen was lost  and DD and DS sneaked out of the back garden to find him and got brought back to the house by armed MP!
Pigpen, shame you didn't get any extra sleep :(. Here's to tonight.
Dusty, glad you slept better. Let's hope you broke the rough streak.
    Nikki, sorry you're not well.
Skinty, ouch to the opening of your jaw. Hope it settles tonight. Would stew be more palatable than liquid?

Decision made. I'm applying for a Christmas job. Have hunted for my cv but have only found it on a floppy disk. No one I know has a computer which use these so I'm starting again. The only flaw in my plan is that I haven't been employed for 12 years although have been teaching dance voluntary for 10 years. Doesn't look good does it?

    3 loads dried on whirley
    House henried
    Dentist visited again

It looks better than mine!! I don't even have a CV.. I applied the Christmas before KH left (6 years ago) and got a phonecall while I was in an appointment, I explained the situation and asked if it was possible for them to call me back, they didn't bother :(

  • good luck dancemum, i hope you are successful and find something you like its not always the experience on paper that counts being prepared to work hard and use your initiative is better in my opinion if you are given the chance to prove your worth.
