Acknowledgement email from Graham Massie at CEDR received. 10 working days to wait for a response from him0

Also had an email from Mr Massie , same response - 10 working days for a reply.0

Let's see if he manages to send his response to you guys in time in two weeks. The email he sent to me in time never actually dropped into my inbox... Email so unreliable these days...0

Got the "10" day reply from Mr Massie too. I had sent a couple of chasers asking if the Worlds leading conflict resolution service used ignoring emails (as EE do) as one of its tactics!!!0

I haven't yet had a defence from EE in regards to the CISAS claim. Is it likely they'll send it on the very last day? (They have until the 14th)
What if they don't send a response defence? What happens, Do I automatically win in the eyes of CISAS?0 -

Sadly Joej being slightly cynical & from what has gone on previously with CISAS / EE , i have a feeling you may well have to wait up until the last minute to enable as much collusion as possible between these 2 bed partners & no doubt the outcome will suit EE!!! I hope i am wrong & you become another winner against Effluent Everywhere:D0 -

You could always ask what constitutes expceptional circumstance re extensions and whether ee have requested an extension.
But in all likelihood ee will submit at the last moment.
Also you're not guaranteed a win if they don't submit the adjudicator just had an easier time not having to wade through EEs irrelevent waffle about what kind of phone you have etc.0 -
I really need to get back on this - my deadline that I gave EE/T-Mobile in my Letter Before Action passed over a week ago and I heard nothing back from the physical letter (only the "go to CISAS" email in response to the email version of the LBA)
Just been so before and tired with work, I've not had the effort to do it, especially because there's a lot of work involved at this stage! On the bright side, in 9 days time I can give T-Mobile notice of leaving my contract. 1 month and 9 days and I'm finished with them, for good.0 -
I received a letter from the SCC yesterday; from the 11th my claim is classed as being server and EE now have until the 25th of October to file a defence, accept the claim, or just ignore it.0
