Post Office/Postman GRRRRRR

Couldn't care less when mine arrives as long as it does. Typical delivery time is about 2p.m. Very reliable, very friendly postman.
I'm sure your postman isn't stealing your post however he must wish he could give your house a wide berth judging by your comments to him and your baseless accusations.
It's not really baseless though. I doubt he is stealing the post but if post starts to disappear then accusing the postman of stealing it is not a "baseless accusation" as he is one of the people who handle the post. Therefore is an obvious suspect.0 -
I doubt it is the postman , more likely to be in one of the large sorting offices thieves take out the vouchers or cash then put the letters back to be sorted so they dont get caught with stolen post.0

I pass my postman every day on my way to take the girls to school, about 8.30 am. However, because of his route, our post is not delivered until 1 - 1.30pm.
Like many companies now, the Post Office/Royal Mail have cut staff and therefore postmen are taking on bigger routes. It is not your postman's decision not to deliver your post at a time more suitable to you. He is being told what his route is and he gets to you when he gets to you.
As a previous poster said, calling your postman a thief without proof, is not a good idea.0 -
I'm assuming if you have had items of value and vouchers etc being sent to you, the sender has taken the sensible option and been using Special Delivery? So you should have a tracking number and the sender will be able to claim compensation if the item has gone missing.0

Really why would it matter what time when your post arrives, unless you have no hobbies? I call troll..0

If you want your post by 9am you have to get it form the post office for a fee. If want your posted letters to get delivered by 9am you have to pay a fee.
You get the idea if you want your post early you have to pay extraDo you want your money back, and a bit more, search for 'money claim online' - They don't like it up 'em Captain Mainwaring0 -
I rarely get my post at home any earlier than 1pm.
Never been a problem. If something is important I get it sent by SD so will for sure come earlier and traceable.Debt Free 08/08/2014
