Hi monz, sorry to hear you're on a bit of a downer today. It sucks about the tax credits and the unexpected bill but at least you are using what money you have and not just bunging it on a credit card and adding to your debt. Two months will fly by and you'll be back on track. Never forget you are awesome
I feel your pain though - today I decided to take a payment holiday for my loan for June because I need the money for my friends hen weekend and wedding. Realistically there's no way I can save the money in time and I will cover the interest so that my debt doesn't go up but it's so annoying.

Try not to be too hard on yourself Hunni we all have blips along the way at least your dealing with it the best you can, I have every sympathy for you regarding you paying off your exes debt I've epbeen there when I split with my ex husband I was left with £17500 of debt all because it was in my name but I've paid it off and it's been a very expensive lesson

Hey everyone not much to post. I have decided this month my extra payment will be £130 to my mum (I owe her currently £280 ouch!) then July £150 and this will be fine as my last payment to nursery is half what I normally pay
Then my first August freedom no nursery payments £200 to my Xmas fund then back to loan over payments xx

Tomorrow payday finally. by August I shall be happy as no more nursery extortionate fees or worried about my tax credits being cut. I will officially be no benefits and all my own moneyNot that I am bad mouthing those who are on it. I hate being worried about their cuts and thinking will I be ok this month or relying on them.
