The house was tiny, floors uneven n tiniest garden ever with a chicken coop... I swear was looking for a hidden camera lol!! Got another viewing for a different house tonight so fingers crossed.

This is the house. It needs serious redecorating. I have phoned to put an offer in so fingers crossed. Looking for 110k my mum says she is giving me £15k and to keep what I saved for a deposit and decorate and lawyer fees etc furniture.
I have submitted my bank statements to HSBC just awaiting a latest payslip since I may have spilled irn bru on my last one n shredded it last month oops! Awaiting accountants to send me a copy of the new one Here is hoping ahhhhh
