    The house was tiny, floors uneven n tiniest garden ever with a chicken coop... I swear was looking for a hidden camera lol!! Got another viewing for a different house tonight so fingers crossed.

    I got days wrong yesterday as I thought was Thursday oops so 7 days until payday and 8 days until new car

    Well... a lot has happened in last 24 hours. I have submitted for a mortgage lol bring me back into debt! http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-71600978.html

    This is the house. It needs serious redecorating. I have phoned to put an offer in so fingers crossed. Looking for 110k my mum says she is giving me £15k and to keep what I saved for a deposit and decorate and lawyer fees etc furniture.

    I have submitted my bank statements to HSBC just awaiting a latest payslip since I may have spilled irn bru on my last one n shredded it last month oops! Awaiting accountants to send me a copy of the new one :D Here is hoping ahhhhh

    What do you think of it :)

    Woman wants to move out asap so can go in grab my friends and get stuck in :D xx

    solicitor has put an offer in will let me know asap if approved and have mortgage advisor appointment tomorrow after noon on telephone let me know :D xx

    Aww not just that the carpets where in awful sharpe n bumpy wallpaper fashion a la 80's lol no offence to those who like that.... :D

    Keep refreshing my emails... had a blonde moment though... got an email regarding my telephone appointment to confirm and replied where will it take place hahaha oh my shd i just decline myself lol xx
