    Morning Monz,

I think that house is lovely! I'm so jealous of the price, something similar would be closer to £130,000 here :( Still away for me to go yet.
If you can get a good morgage with a £5k deposit then I think its a really good idea. Do you have an emergency fund?
    Emergency Savings #73 = £1,500/£2,000
    Savings Pot £1,440.00
    Xmas 2018=£100/£300 Australia =£0.00/6000

So got an email for a group I am in monthly I am due to receive £10 amazon voucher :D That plus £5 pending soon. Close to Ipsos I say and hopefully £15 VO. this will cover my niece birthday and something else.

After this I have decided future house buying - kettle, microwave and toaster... I am so sad by how excited I am over this but will make it more real and have me start to proper prepare and get somethings in that I cn have ready :) xxx

Both houses look lovely monz :D so jealous of how cheap they are, you'd be lucky to get a one bedroom flat for that price up here :(

Good idea to use survey money to start buying things for moving.

Viewing one tonight :D closing date is tomorrow but I am not pushing myself or rushing myself :)

1 week to payday and 8 days to new car.

£30 away from being back to my house deposit again. Hoping I will have it back to where it was before payday and can then add £300 to it making it £6,660 xx
