    Thanks everyone. Houses might be cheaper up north but our incomes are lower than down south too remember :) so in a way it matches (I think I explained that right lol)

    No word yet about acceptance yet. Mortgage advisor says he has to talk to me once offer is accepted so another appointment tomorrow evening xx

    I didnt get the house. Apparently the person who went for it before mortgage never came in on time.... now it did :( xx
