Many people switching which is fair enough... But here my experience.

I managed to upgrade 6 months early from regular BT broadband to their unlimited 38mbit infinity, they waved the router delivery and connection charge - also approx £1.5 discount per month for the next 12 months - and that aside, Santander 123 account pays 3% on bills...

All in all, I used this price increase email to improve things - now have faster speed at home and keeping BT sports which will only get better next season when they get Champions League footy..
