According to HPC nonsense economic theory is a proxy future for London house prices. There's been a definite upwards trend since the end of November.
I assume this theory has now been superseded and a new flavour of the month theory adopted to show a crash is about to happen right about now.0 -

The only reason Foxtons is the crashaholics preferred house price forward indicator is because there isn't a long term trend.
Therefore there's no opportunity to map the past and determine whether there's a historic correlation between Foxtons share price and house prices.
Unfortunately you've let hope, faith and bias triumph over what little logical thinking you're capable of.0 -
