Aberdeenshire still amazes me.
Alec Salmond's home base and constituency ---- 60%+ for No.
No wonder he resigned....“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

it would make sense for those regions of Scotland that voted YES to break away from those that voted NO
surely they could simply go : the English wouldn't send in troops would they0 -

The Scottish wouldn't even send in troops.....
I fully encourage it. And we'll even let them keep the "secret oilfield" in the Clyde. :rotfl:“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

Is there a link to the actual figures.
Might be interesting to breakdown the ages as per Lord Ashcrofts poll.
We all know the No campaign won and accept that, but if we are to analyse the statistics, it would be good to see the breakdown of the stats:wall:
What we've got here is....... failure to communicate.
Some men you just can't reach.

Nationalist demagoguery and an uneducated out of work mob....it always has been and always will be a potent and highly dangerous mix.Don't blame me, I voted Remain.0 -

Fantastic!
This breakdown has smashed the nationalists two times.
Once in their meme that all the No voters are about to die off, and twice in their belief that canny young people bought their separatist nonsense in any great numbers.
I can gloat over this all over again.
Surely this No vote is the gift that never stops giving.0 -
IveSeenTheLight wrote: »Hmm, is this selective bracketing?
Seems to have differed from your previous graph
This shows
16-17 - Yes
25-34 Yes
35-44 Yes
45-54 Yes
18-24 No
55-64 No
65+ No
shows how important the Grey vote was
Why is it is the poll you don't agree with that is guilty of "selective bracketing" and not the one which shows what you want it to show?0 -
SNP membership is surging. They have now overtaken the lib dems as the UK's third largest party, as reported on the beeb a short while ago.
Membership since the referendum has just about doubled.0 -
