Felt inspired by pigpen and took some stuff to charity as I had been trying to sell on FB and it wasn't selling so at least now it's out my way. Got everything done I intended today. Tomorrow is shopping coming, carpet being fitted and a meeting after school, hubby has an appointment and is fetching blind for loft room. Bet parcel turns up in time we both out grr

Just the dailies for me today. Mondays and Tuesdays I'm out all day. By the time I get in have my tea and showered its after 6pm.

Cat tray done
Living room dusted and tidied.
Dishes done and sides wiped.

DS1&3 grumpy today, I'm going to miss my calm DS2. Hoovering for me next

Sofa cushions now in front of the fire to dry, hopefully i'll have them back on again soon. DW back on again and will be reloaded when it's finished. DS3 sleeping since 6 bless him I think he's starting to come down with something or he's very tired.


DD now making her packed lunch. DS1 and DS2 are away to BB. Plan now is cuppa, put wm on and td then collect boys, kick them to bed and then I might go colour my hair.

Good evening, I am just going to update my list and then I will get my course homework done for tomorrow. Anything that has gone from my list has been done.

Monday Mayhem ~ Living Room, Hall and Stairs
Finish painting fence for client if the weather stays dry
Water the plants
Write article for client
Package up phone and put in the post - needing to send it back to get sorted luckily it is still under warranty
Catch up with the thread and sort list for Tuesday

Well I am happy with my progress today, I will post my new list in the morning. Hope everyone has a good evening x

Thank you for the comments about Kenneth Robinson. I lit a candle for him; I do wish I could have been at the Tower of London for it, but apparently the reading of the Roll of Honour is being filmed each night and will be available on the website in due course.

My family were all too young/old to be affected by either of the World Wars AFAIK - on both sides (of the family not the war)! Probably a good thing as it would have been PALS regiments. My Grandad did service in the Home Guard though.

I think the poppies is a beautiful memorial. Lovely of you to remember your 'nearly' Grandpa Honey.
