It turned out one of them only needed me to clip two stitches, and that's been outstanding for over 21 years! I have managed to learn a huge amount by researching sewing techniques on the internet so I am really, really glad I'm doing this challenge. Thank you for my stars, Ionafan.
Lovely to see you back, Boddy and CY! (((Hugs))) and healing vibes for Pip, Mumof2. MummyRoys, can you think of it as deferring for a year, do some extra reading around the subject and pick it up again next September? Kitchen coping vibes LW, and a request for you to ignore the next sentence.
I have seen a whiskey version of the Christmas cake recipe that I posted last December, else thread!
Bathroom sparkly, shower room will be sparkly today, the sewing machine will be whirring at some point, and I'm going out on a jaunt to the local Records Office - a guided tour, so it'll be really interesting to see behind the scenes.
No as I squeezed it in between my open university courses which are more important so if they aren't going to charge me anything they can Er stuff off lolHave a Bsc Hons open degree from the Open University 2015 :j:D:eek::T0 -

Good morning, Please count me in for this week, although last week was a disaster and I didn't even get past Monday. Due to the amount of other commitment that I have on at the moment, I have decided to work from my own list.
Monday Mayhem ~ Living Room, Hall and Stairs
Attend lectures
Spend an hour looking for freelance work
Dust the living room, hall and stairs
Hoover the living room, halls and stairs
Finish painting fence for client if the weather stays dry
Clear the mantle and only put back what needs to be there
Remove clutter from the stairs
Pick up parcel from friend
Check online banking
Move money from savings account into current account
Pay the childminder
Water the plants
Do 1 load of washing
Write article for client
Phone the rescue regarding cats (we are thinking about getting a new pet)
Package up phone and put in the post - needing to send it back to get sorted luckily it is still under warranty
Get course homework completed for tomorrow
Catch up with the thread and sort list for Tuesday
Catch up with ironing for ds2
I think that is enough to be getting on with for one day, as don't want to try and do too much, hopefully this will mean that I can make some progress this week. Ok for now it is back to my lectures as currently in college.0 -
