Hello folks!
I am back after a long absence. I had a really rough summer health-care and boy does my absence show in the state of yorkietowers. I am still struggling with a persistent cough, so getting in at the GPS will be my priority. OH and I gutted the living room on Saturday and it looks great. Sadly instead of flinging stuff out he has relocated most of it to our room. So that will be my focus..... as well as conquering Mount Ironmore....:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -
Morning everyone
Not feeling too good, didnt feel great yesterday either. Cant decide whether to get ready for work or go back to bed! One way or another there is stuff all over the kitchen that has to be packed away before the plasterer comes tonight though.
OH took down the top kitchen cupboards last night and chipped off all the loose plaster. What a mess.
Will report in later.
Oh glad you had a great holiday Lynne, what a nice post.0 -
Quietly coming back to the Flylady gang. Things slipping in the house a bit. Mind the garden is lovely though that's down to GS2. It's been a busy summer with one thing and another. So hello to everyone. :hello:
At voluntary job today so will see what I get done before I go. Now working in A&E as well as meeting and greeting.0 -
I have had an early start so the living room is sorted apart from cleaning the windows. It,s raining here at the moment so only the insides will be done.
I will be vacuuming the hall in a moment and do the stairs once the little one is at nursery.
I need to look for a new bookcase for the hall as the one I have is falling apart.
Challenge
I plan to get my sewing room clear out and set up this week.1 debt v's 100 days chapter 34: T3sco bank CC £250/£525.24 47.59%

- make mini profiteroles and syn-free lemon curd for our SW group's first birthday party tomorrow
- cook evening meal for us and NDNs and chill out with them this evening
- continue updating our charity's website in any spare time :rotfl:
Special (((hugs))) and a big armful of spoons to Skinty with loads of posivibes for all you have to do this week.
More coping spoons for Lame Wolf - keep calm and keep out of the kitchen! It will look (and sound) awful at first but everything will be fine by the end of the week.
Hope everyone else has a good week0 -

Morning everyone - and welcome back to those we haven't seen for a while.
Ionafan - I don't deserve two stars - if I sent you a pic of my dining room table!!!
Hugs to those needing them, those preparing for kitchen mayhem and anyone who wants one just because!
I have now come down with DHs cold! Have tons of horrible calls and things to sort today and hardly any voice!
Had a lovely day yesterday going to Rossall Point - National Coastwatch - for Heritage open weekend. They do an amazing job and al volunteers. I then did a second extra shift at the museum to help as they were so busy as entry was free.
Not sure what I'll get done today as I too have a mount ironmore and paperwork mountain - as ever. The whole place needs a good going over. I did however give three large bags of stuff to charity shop yesterday - as didn't have enough to do a car boot!
Breakfast and hot drink first then I'll get on. Thanks Dusty for last week's list and Natty for this one. HAve a good day everyone xJuly 16 £95/£200
