Lloyds Bank terrible customer service/care

And again, the point is - why will Lloyds not offer any other option to me other than 'the fees will mount up then'0
-
Stop ranting, start filling in that SOA.0

Filling in an SOA won't make anyone think twice about using Lloyds0

Lloyds is a perfectly good bank, no better or worse than any other bank licensed by the UK authorities.
You will not solve your personal issues with them by trying to convince people otherwise. In fact, one could think you might not have a personal issue at all with them if you continue trying to boil the ocean.0 -
If I hadn't been stonewalled and told that it was tough titties then perhaps I wouldn't feel the need to vent.0

One hour at least since it was first suggested you should post an SOA on the DFW board. Nothing from you on that board as yet, but more ranting on here.
You are not doing yourself or your credibility any favours, and people will get bored trying to suggest what you could do to sort out that outstanding overdraft of yours.0 -
what? lol. people are so quick to condescend on here it's unbelievable. i was managing fine until another £70 is added to my outgoings. it'll take 'one hour at least' to work it all out for myself. this isn't a question of anything other than adding on £70 since they have offered no alternative to the increase in fees.0

When are you going to fill in and post your SOA?0

i already answered you. thanks for you all your help.0
