Congratulations!Kind words can be short and easy to speak, but their echoes are truly endless. ~ Mother Teresa0 -
wow!! Congratulations!!
I took 6 tests when i was pregnant! LOL I never believed i was pregnant until i had the scan but the majority of the time that little line doesnt lie!!0 -
Did we just make someone pregnant? :rotfl: She comes in here with an innocent question, next thing she knows she's only got 8 months left to plan!
You won't believe us. But when there is a line on the test, somewhere along the line there is a baby involved. You are pregnant, start taking folic acid and all the usual precautions. It is rare for the doctor to re-test, so that stick in your posession is your only guide.
Congratulations. Please come join the pregnancy club!:wall:0 -
Wow I am so pleased for you!

awww me too... but mine is defintely the hormones!
the others are right MKF, your doc wont do another test, but you do need to inform your surgery that you have had a positive result so they can get you in the system (id do that as soon as possible as it could still be weeks before anyone will see you... sadly, they do like to leave preggos stewing!)
and you can expect that "oh my god is this real" feeling to last until your first scan (of course for some people that feeling lasts til the kid is at least 3!)
congratulations and feel free to freak out with us in the pregnancy thread at the top of this board... we dont bite (unless you happen to steal anyones chocolate)0 -
