I'll catch up with you pigpen, I need the white paint to dry off a bit first before I start touching up the other colours. Off to the kitchen to sort some dishes that have been in to soak!Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0

Just stopped for a cuppa. I did the worktops, cleaned the sink, hung washing out on the line, cleaned washing machine drawers, picked up some gibble on the floor to take upstairs. I'm thinking I'll go to the allotment after lunch so will continue doing housework this morning but do need to walk Whiz as he is looking a bit restless like he needs a good blast - think I'll do that next.Flymarkeeteer: £168 and counting0

Morning Flyladies
I feel as though I have finally rediscovered my mojo ('twas hiding under the floordrobe, of all places) and have hit the ground running this morning.
Airer has been stripped, hot wash has gone through the WM and is ready to be hung up to dry.
Kitchen has been thoroughly blitzed -- I don't know how long it's been since it had a deep clean but I was utterly ashamed by some of the grot I foundBig shout out to the Astonish all purpose cleaner which I picked up in Aldi last week; it is amazing. Something like 52p for a 750ml bottle, it has degreased everything in a matter of seconds and the tiled splashback is gleaming. I don't know if it's a special buy, I haven't seen it in there before but I will definitely be stocking up when I'm in there later in the week. Even the cooker hood is shining
I've flung a few bits, including my electric steamer which moved house with me 18 months ago and hasn't been plugged in once. Onto my second bin bag of tut too, it's clear I have taken my eye off the ball in recent weeks.
New shower curtains, a rail and those sticky onny clippy things to hold said curtain in place have been ordered, the water runs off from behind the bath taps and puddles on the floor when the shower is used, it'll be nice to finally get rid of the bottle of bleach which has been holding it in situ for the past year and a bit
Just having a quick brew and then I'm moving onto the boys room. DSS has ordered a new PC and got rid of the old one in preparation, I might as well get the desk deep cleaned whilst I have the opportunity.

I just cleaned my oven for the first time since *mumble mumble*...anyway, it turns out self cleaning ovens still need cleaning more than once every 3-4 years or so
