Everyone looks like they have been very busy. Well done fly ladies! I am liking the sound of the quality time with the kiddies watching a DVD in bed.
2 x wm and 1 x dw done, beds stripped, washed and remade. Got friends coming over for dinner so popped to get a few bits from tesco... £55 later! That did include 6 bottles of wine! I hate going shopping with hubby!!! Ran a few errands, declutteres birthday cards and pressies to the right people, then gave the house a quick once over. It is so much easier when there is two of you and when you were already on top of everything! Thank you fly ladies! We were expecting out visitors at 4 but now not coming until 5 so got time to get ready and then relax!!! X

Not been posting but have been doing the dailies. Hoping to get a routine going where I can actually get round to logging on. I have restarted going to the gym this week (Thurs and Fri) so feeling knackered lol.

Today I have move the air con out of the lounge to pack away for the winter. Therefore I could get to my windows so have cleaned them all down, washed the nets and hovered in all the nooks and crannies I haven't been able to get to whilst its been out. I've listed a few bits on the facebook page a couple of which have sold so that's good. I have loaded the car with lots of other stuff to do a carboot tomorrow. I also have 3 bags of clothes to go to the charity bin and a box of stuff for the tip so the garage will look lots better once that's all gone.

I've kept on top of the washing and ironing this week and even caught up on the 3 loads created from de-grotting the girls room last weekend.
Chicken casserole cooking away so house smelling yummy, I just need to go out an buy some veg from Co-Op.

My bedroom is kind of tidier..

chest of drawers moved in and most of my clothes are now away.. I picked a few bits out to ebay and for CS.
Pixies clothes are away.. just thrown in but its a start.
I have 1 binbag of rubbish,
I sorted CP's into a more condensed mountain and picked out the bits for Dots birthday on Tuesday.
I have a pile of bedding to go away and 4 baskets of baby clothes to sort.

I listed some knitting books for sale, 1 has gone already. I have some bras to fling on ebay.. almost new 34 DD's .. hopefully they will bring in some pennies too.

Witing for OH to make a cuppa and heading upstairs to find some bed.

I have also got out my old wedding and engagement rings to sell. I love the engagement ring and really don't want to get rid but it won't ever be worn again so someone may as well get use from it and I may as well benefit from the money.

I have used my paypal earnings to buy materials to create some stitch markers and I am looking at supplies to start dyeing my own yarns.. I need some cash coming into the house to pump in to paying off the mortgage and I can do this so I may as well.. Also looking at tie-dyed baby clothes.. I have some new bits which can be done as testers and my daughter is painting reusable nappies so we are looking at a joint venture. (botspam nappies on Fb)

AHA! my cuppa has arrived finally..

Washing was hung out and has been brought in. Load from last night folded and in the basket ready for ironing.
Pizza bases made in the BM - it was nom nom

I'm in love with a wool shop! The owner was so so helpful, even going on ravelry to find patterns for me. I've brought some pure wool to make a jumper for my trip. Not cheap but I hope it'll last a long time. The lady even gave me her contact details if I have any questions or get stuck. Other customers were helpful too! There is a knit and natter but it's a bit too far to go on a weekly basis.

kaz my kitten is a bit clingy tonight so we've had a cuddle and it seems to have settled him.

5 more items thrown at ebeast.. 30 things on now.. 2 with bids but ages left on most of them.

1 binbag for chazzer and 2 in the bin.

All my clothes and Pixies clothes put away
I have a bag filled with gibblous odd things off the floor and most of the unsorted junk is piled in a corner.. it is a sty in there still, but a slightly less cluttered sty.

I think in the interest of crap clearance I need to knit DS1's jumper after my caterpillar wrist warmers.

I'm going on a choc ice hunt while OH eats his second dinner!

have decluttered DS (and half the house, it felt like) to sunny Manchester (and that's NOT sarcasm!). Viewed his room and promptly rearranged furniture. Turns out the bed was where it was as the floor wasn't properly finished and there are loose and ill-fitting laminate boards. Photos taken. email sent to LL. Bed made - with trip to sains (nearest supermarket) to buy a mattress cover. Kudos to Sainsbury's, near halls, where bedding was on offer!

    Ah well.

Comment much appreciated Dusty. Staples and Paperchase huh? Super envious...seriously Honey!

Not achieved much today at all. Evicted the first "big" spider of the season, decluttered some programmes from the box, decluttered an unplanned nap earlier, had a bath, booked a grocery delivery for tomorrow including some bits to put away for Christmas dinner as I was £5 under my minimum spend :D I'm going to make a list of what I want and order it bit by bit over the next few weeks as and when I need to top up my order ;)

I was going to order the fridgefreezer & 2 bookcases, but the website keeps flinging me to the mobile version despite being on the laptop  I've decided to leave the shelves for the DVDs for now, I'm going to slowly move individual ones downstairs as they get watched over the next few weeks while I do the rest of the decorating to see if we can thin them out any. ;)

Tomorrow I need to change the beds, do the laundry including the ironing, DD can wash up, and we'll be having a roast dinner to get some veggies in us and empty the freezer a bit more. For now, I need to sleep

Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!

    Good morning Flyfriends

Up bright and early yesterday, and by 10.00 I'd made two big pots of soup and cleaned the whole house :D We had a very successful AGM - no contentious issues, but lots of support and helpful ideas - followed by a good lunch :)

In the afternoon DH and I went to the local canal boat festival. Lovely to see lots of families out enjoying themselves on a beautiful afternoon :)

Today we have another friend coming to share our roast dinner. There's some soup left; I've already prepared the veggies; and the dessert will be hm choux buns from the freezer with a "cream" filling (based on fat-free Greek yogurt) and fresh raspberries, so really easy ;)

    Today I must
    - sort AGM file and shred unwanted papers
    - tidy the spare bed which is covered in resource box materials (again!)
    - write up the AGM Minutes
    - finish filling in a form and write a cheque
    - start updating our website
    - phone DS1 to see if he's feeling better (start of new term = tonsillitis)
    - phone DD and BFF re holiday
    - phone DS2 re next weekend
    - check diary for the coming week
    - email volunteer coordinator re Thursday
