We are sorry to hear that some members have experienced problems trying to contact MyCSP or delays in resolving their queries.

If you have an outstanding query with which you need assistance, please email your details to customerenquiries@mycsp.co.uk, including your National Insurance Number, as this will enable us to priortise and resolve your case as quickly as possible.

Do you think this represents a triumph for mutualisation of a former civil service function?

I really sympathise with the many people who seem to be banging their heads against a brick wall in dealing with MyCSP. Is the above all you can do for them? I fail to see why MSE bothers to accredit you if all you can do for people is tell them to follow procedures that have already failed them.
Few people are capable of expressing with equanimity opinions which differ from the prejudices of their social environment. Most people are incapable of forming such opinions.
  • New to this site,(came across it looking for a complaints dept for Mycsp).I should have received my Lump sum payment on Dec 20th..,as per the letter i received from myCSP(dated the 4th nov 2014,but only posted to me on the 3rd Dec). But as i can see from this site I may have a long wait,to receive any payment.THANKYOU MyCSP for RUINING MY XMAS.
  • I returned the forms I received by eMail by recorded delivery yesterday and it was received by MyCSP at 08:35 this morning. I have requested that my supporting documents ( death certificate, marriage certificate etc ) be returned asap.

Knowing their mail system is broken though doesn't fill me with confidence about their return. Hopefully their promise to return them in the same manner ( recorded delivery ) will result in a different path through the mail system and all will be well. We'll see...
  • Only six months almost to the day, I have now received my WPS refund. It went in overnight along with my monthly pension payment, that is two days early. Maybe Santa does exist  I now wait with baited breath to see how long they take to sort my sister and her payment. She starts down the path of MyCPS this month.

Glad to hear your news and the best of British luck to your sister....
  • How depressing all these threads are! I've been trying to get my widowers contributions refund since August. My emails go unanswered, I've spent a fortune on phone calls just to get 'accidentally' cut off, and it seems from these threads that even official complaints are treated with contempt. I will definitely back a petition to get the service transferred back to Capita - I've never had much reason to contact them but whenever I did their service was excellent.

    Start your complaints process.

    Send letters recorded delivery.

I got them back on the 30th. Not bad really.

Well my CSP representative who dealt with my friend certainly did as promised and both backdated and current pension payments are now in her bank account

So clearly it pays to make a fuss
