Following the election, who is now responsible in the cabinet? Still Francis Maude or is it someone else?

There is protocol when writing to Ministers.

They prefer the letter to be directed via the person's MP - plus, it gives someone else the job of chasing the issue for you.

This has worked for me in the past.

Thanks. I'll get a letter off to Matt Hancock via my MP.

I tried that on the 15th December. Still waiting for a response. I didn't even receive an acknowledgement.

So I hope you'll excuse me if I consider that things have gone way beyond an email to an address to which the last attempt to communicate has not resulted in a response in 4.5 months.

Have to agree, WHY BOTHER!! I'm still waiting for a reply to a letter I sent them in 4th August 2014. They don't respond to e-mails or letters, when you phone them they promise to ring back and never do!!...absolutely USELESS. I am now awaiting a response to a letter I sent last Monday week to the CEO Nicky Hunt. I'm not holding my breath.

    Hi,

I posted beginning of this year because my husband had retired & was going through same fobbing off etc. as everyone else on here. I saw on TV where one way to get noticed with any company etc is to complain on Facebook or Twitter. MyCSP are not on Facebook but on Twitter so we set up an account & "followed" MyCSP, put a brief but strong complaint (tweet) on there & hey presto, immediate response! My husband was told to PM an advisor. Two weeks later & after some phone calls from MyCSP to our home phone, my husband received his lump sum & his monthly pension was sorted the following month. So give it a go. There were others on there doing exactly the same & it seemed to work for them too.
