Thank you. I've just received an email this morning telling me the money will be in my account within 5 working days. But seeing as I've heard that about 4 times over the last 12 months, we shall just have to wait and see. I did message them via Twitter last night and received a response this morning. Shocked I got a reply at all. How would I go about filing a complaint. As every time I have asked an advisor or asked to speak to a manager I didn't get any answers.
Thank you.0 -
CantcopewithCSP - You could claim compensation for lost interest if you have been waiting 12 months - c. 3% for a long term bond.
You could use the formal IDR complaints process if the payment is missed again (I would have used the IDR process within a few days of the first payment being missed). I also suggest complaining in writing (marked personal) to the CEO MyCSP to keep her on her toes and complain to your MP (the new one!)0 -
you certainly don't start the complaints procedure by posting on twitter.

Given the excessive delay, you could go straight to a Stage 1 IDR Complaint - ensure this is clear in your letter. If MyCSP fail to resolve the issue then you can escalate to a Stage 2 IDR complaint which will be handled by the Cabinet Office.
I also recommend you complain directly to Nicky Hurst, CEO MyCSP at Park Square, Bird Hall Lane, Cheadle, SK3 0XN. Mark your letter Personal, send it by Signed for Delivery and request a reply in person.0 -
Hi
Just came across your posting re My CSP. What an incompetent organisation. From reading the posts it seems other people have had major problems.
All I want is my lump sum which is overdue. Gave them early notice in mid-Jan I was leaving at end of Mar(hoping to speed things along)
We are now nearly at the end of May and despite weekly phone calls- no further progress other than being told it's been escalated or now supposingly - heading for completion. Meaningless words - think it means they've moved it to the other side of desk.
Am at the end of my tether- it states on their site if not rec within a calendar month of leaving- you can claim compensation - and I will!!
Will meet with my local MP shortly to take further - they need a serious review - what sort of service are they providing.
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr - will keep ranting till I receive a satisfactory outcome. Hope other people don't have to go through same.0 -
Hiya
I've left a message further down. Sorry to hear about your problem - sounds worse that mine but like you, I just want my lump sum as entitled.
No satisfaction with My CSP- just gets passed around despite so called managers 'escalating' things!!!
Absolute shambles - will be seeking compensation as it states you are entitled too if lump sum not rec within a month of last day of service. Pass the message on that this organisation needs serious investigation.

Almost 6 months on, two small amounts of money ( not even close to the sum I was told I would be receiving ) have appeared in my bank account in addition to what appears to be a lump sum. Arrears? Nope.
The ONLY unsolicited communication I've received from them in 6 months are a couple of 'Advice of Payment' letters relating to the two small payments.
I shall be getting a letter of complaint off later this week I think.
Following the election, who is now responsible in the cabinet? Still Francis Maude or is it someone else?0
