And you can also click on partial shipment to presumably have the thing shipped before the card for an extra £4.98:mad:

I whinged to them about this, ie having to pay extra to get half my order a day late, so they sent mine out as a partial delivery for free.
  • Hopefully mine is on its way...this Royal Mail strike is delaying matters unnecessarily though....

Hope its as fun to use as I hope it is...

is it possible to remove the linux operating system and replace it with windows mobile 6.0?

No. Nothing Nokia currently produce will run Windows Mobile. (There's one device - a stand-alone sat-nav - which is based on Windows CE, but that's not the same as Windows Mobile, and no phones or Internet Tablets use any version of Windows.) In general, devices like this can only run the OS it comes with.

Apparently they are sending the US version.

Do you think it would be possible for me to send it back and get a full refund (inc. postage) seeing that when I purchased the product I assumed it would be a UK product and not an imported one?

Do you think I have a case?

If it can't be used in the UK as-is because it has a 120V charger, and it doesn't tell you this in the description (which it doesn't seem to), then yes, you have a case.

But surely you can get hold of a Nokia charger? Even if you don't have one yourself, ask your friends or colleagues - every time someone gets a handset they get one of the things.

I think the charger accepts any voltage between 120V and 240V so it shouldn't be a problem.

Looks like it is not coming today GRRRRRRRRRRR Rang Track and Trace who confirmed that it had left Manchester but the drivers were on strike and the managers were taking out special deliveries she said I could try my local sorting office with the tracking code. Having trotted down there they tell me it is still in Manchester and there isn't a strike. They also said I should claim my money back for the post as they have failed to deliver on time. Now I ring Expansys, they tell me there is a strike and Royal Mail won't accept responsibility so I cannot claim money back. I think it is a case of the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing!!!

Any of you guys got yours yet???
