mine was on for 7 weeks, lots of viewings but no offers at all, then 2 offers in the space of 2 days, both from FTB's and one for full asking price, then a day later for £5k over!

Honestly, every single sale is different - Good luck
  • Well just as another update.

We had a viewing last week and then the lady came back for a second veiwing on saturday with her husband.

They really like the property and are looking at it as a BTL.

They have offered below what we are after but I guess this is normal in house negotiations ??

Will wait to hear what they come back with

See what they offer, but I would not base my price on what something sold for 5 months ago. If there are better value properties on the market right now for a similar price - you will just look expensive.

The pictures of the houses in the same street, look slightly bigger than yours - it may put people off.

Also, once I found it it had been rented, personally, I would have gone off it.

Not sure why you would be put off a house that has been rented ?
