Smoke alarm. I am only suggesting this while you can keep a check on it, but a paper bag over the detector held on with an elastic band (or a plastic bag for that matter) will stop it going off.

    Evening DM. :)

Do I have to really? :sighs:

I guess it will give me something to do rather than drink it. ;)

My case of mystery white has been dispatched so should be here tomorrow. Guessing you gave that one a miss. Surely there must be some reds around soon.
Yes, you have to, you also have to look up the prices online :D
Its fun, believe me, its even better when a few people get them, and you can compare. See who got the unlucky blue nun :D

Are you saying '3 for 2' deals at M/S/T/W will compare as N/A on APG?

Just wondering as it's something, if correct, I didn't know.

Not all of them, only some.
If it's 3 for '2' but every item in the competitor promotion has the same individual price, then they will compare to the competitor's offer (if you buy the qualifying number). But, if it's "cheapest item free" promotions, they will go N/A (if you try to compare against the competitor's offer - this could involve 3 of the same one, or could for example be a purchase of one each of three separate items, all of them in the 3 for '2' at the competitor).

    It's not just 3 for 2, but any x for y promotions, e.g. 2 for 1, 5 for 4, 6 for 3, whatever.

So that, for example, the current Batchelor's Super Noodles promotion at T - every item 81p or 2 for '1' - will compare at A, provided you buy total even number and provided you stick to the ones that are comparable to T.

    However, this product (for example)
Vaseline Intensive 24hr Care Active Fresh Roll-On Deodorant (50ml)

won't compare vs T's 2 for '1', because there are various individual prices on different items in that offer at T - £1.60, £2.80, £3.29, £3.78 and £5.38.

Just to confuse everyone at the moment, t.com is saying "Cheapest Item Free" on some promotions even though (some of them) all the items in the promotion are the same individual price. APG use msm.co.uk, not t.com, so don't pay any attention to what it says on t.com! Put the item you are thinking of comparing at A into your basket on msm, switch to the competitor with the offer, click on the offer itself (e.g. on the blue 2 for 1 or whatever) to bring up all items in the promotion and check to see msm has all of them on there at the same price. Then :mad:check the same thing logged out if you were checking logged in, and vice versa! (Can't rule out that some, on different price, might be available on someone else's msm even if not on yours, in your area of the country, but I've never had one fail for me yet.)

What else is left though and thanks :)

Meat, vegtables, fish, fruit. Dairy free and soya things.
it is very hard to start with but I used olive oil for cooking lots of chicken, salad and baked potatoes. Porridge oats and the original ryvita.
it is very hard to start with but I managed a month so must have found quite a few things to eat. Its about not really having any processed foods to start with then checking contents very carefully. I did eat alot of cornflakes with rice milk (which I now prefer).
I can now occasionally eat my problem foods but am very careful to to eat often.
Bread is I possible to find but occasionally treat myself to a gluten free wrap but have learnt to live without. I rarely have cheese now despite it not being a problem food.
I find my favourite free from foods are the heinz range from asda. I hate wheat free pasta but have the gluten free so gluten is more of a problem than wheat for me.
I drink alot of peppermint tea now as well as peppermint capsules if I over indulge.

The month was not so tough once I got in the swing of it.

Have looked for book but must be in attic as I moved since then. Will have a look for you tomorrow. It was mentioned in newspaper at the time so gave it a go.
Still fat but no ibs or bloating so much comfier.

I still haven't drunk the Weight Watchers I got in my first box. :rotfl:

Wonder where FC's liebfraumilch are now? ;) (Edit: are they the blue nun's) :o

I am hoping seeing that I have paid a whole £1 bottle more I will have a better selection than last time. See what tomorrow brings. :)

    Evening all

I just lost a post I had typed out on my phone :(

I saw loads of new RTCs in my A tonight, these are the only ones I can remember:

Kraft light dressings (caesar, balsamic, italian) 25p
    CBY Tomato Ketchup 1kg 50p
    Branston Beetroot Pickle 360g 40p
    Maille Aioli Sauce 45p
    Maille Pepper Sauce 25p
Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen

Evening all. Finally back from bristol. Very long drive :(. No idea if I've missed anything as ipad was very ldow on charge. To be honest unless it's an epic glitch I'm not moving.

On another note I am very angry at all the people who encouraged me to go to ikea. I now have £94 less plus I'm in love with the meatballs. Shame on all of you. :D
It was only because dad was driving and refused to go to the Birmingham one, that the bill was not larger. However I may be treated to the Warrington store on Sunday. :) Have to rely on dad to drive as eye sight still not back in the one eye. :(
I can see ikea becoming a favourite hunting ground along with the supermarkets :D

You have to have ikea in your life. Addiction does settle down to around twice a year. I have the stainless steel poles all over kitche, some with shelves on and some with hooks, really love the extra storage. As long as you are mse enough to know comparison prices it is a great store. Hope you got a family card..
occasional incentives which have included free candles and last year I got 2 nice folding dining chairs as they run out of the free deckchairs.
