No they shouldn't!:( They are 'a promotion that is difficult for msm to compare against' and therefore a promotion that is excluded under the APG T&Cs. As you bought the promotional number and therefore tried to compare against the promotion, it correctly (sadly) returned N/A.

That's why these were on my last Tvs S list and I mentioned them as being on there. And also why they never appeared on Avs S.

I think that is good toothpaste, although, with Basics stuff elsewhere on 3 for '2' - probably buy 3x Eday Value? - although with individual price increase on Sains Basics - I am beginning to doubt my price per unit and thinking it's way too expensive on the Oral B. Although, it's Oral B isn't it?

Thanks Savvy. I didn't understand why it returned like that. Will know better next time.

Not all of them, only some.
If it's 3 for '2' but every item in the competitor promotion has the same individual price, then they will compare to the competitor's offer (if you buy the qualifying number). But, if it's "cheapest item free" promotions, they will go N/A (if you try to compare against the competitor's offer).
Thanks for sharing the knowledge! I understand how it works now.

'2for1', '3for2' etc. is bad news for APG purposes when the prices of all the products in the offer are not the same. Even if you buy items of the same price, just the fact there are other items in the same promotion which are priced differently will mean a N/A comparison.

There are no such problems for 'N for £X' deals because the APG can calculate £X/N to get the promotion price, even if all the items in the promotion are not the same price because it's a simple calculation.

TS, and anyone else, if you bought cases of mystery wine, its tradition that you list all the contents on here :D

Hello and welcome! Just be aware that they don't give T PPs in Tesco Expresses. So don't go trying any of those 'more expensive shops' vs competitors in there! HTH.

Thanks so much :D ! I'm glad you said as I would have probably done that as I have no clue lol. Even though I've been reading on here for a while now I still haven't got the hang of it all! xx

Meat, vegtables, fish, fruit. Dairy free and soya things.
it is very hard to start with but I used olive oil for cooking lots of chicken, salad and baked potatoes. Porridge oats and the original ryvita.
it is very hard to start with but I managed a month so must have found quite a few things to eat. Its about not really having any processed foods to start with then checking contents very carefully. I did eat alot of cornflakes with rice milk (which I now prefer).
I can now occasionally eat my problem foods but am very careful to to eat often.
Bread is I possible to find but occasionally treat myself to a gluten free wrap but have learnt to live without. I rarely have cheese now despite it not being a problem food.
I find my favourite free from foods are the heinz range from asda. I hate wheat free pasta but have the gluten free so gluten is more of a problem than wheat for me.
I drink alot of peppermint tea now as well as peppermint capsules if I over indulge.

The month was not so tough once I got in the swing of it.

Have looked for book but must be in attic as I moved since then. Will have a look for you tomorrow. It was mentioned in newspaper at the time so gave it a go.
Still fat but no ibs or bloating so much comfier.

Lol are you. Thank you for your post. I always seem to feel hungry though and think about food quite a bit wondering what to eat etc. people have said on here they forget to eat , well I've never ever forgotten to eat. I feel sick when I m hungry so am constantly reminded.
