  • Have a read of this:

    http://whole30.com/whole30-program-rules/

It is very restrictive but it's only for 30 days - what have you got to lose?

Don't do running, best I can do is a steady jog for a mile - never tried any further. But I can walk for miles and miles and miles :)

    Thanks Westie
What I did was similar except I did not have eggs.
promise to dig out book tomorrow.

Brilliant! thank you so much for the help :D

I'm popping to morrisons tomorrow, I know they sell the Volvic flavoured water in there so will check for COS. I bought some a while back when COS were offering 50p when you bought 2 and at the time they were on offer for 49p a bottle. I'll report back with the price when I have been :D

Goals: Save £500 for emergencies, Save £200 of Amazon vouchers for Xmas, fix my holey clothes!
