For all you dear elite peeps with family or friends with autism, a colleague of mine attended a training day recently about autism and the use of ipads. They came up with this list of useful apps.

May help one or some of you.

  • Just caught up, now time for some sleep. Not sleeping very well, grinding my teeth in my sleep so waking up every so often with dental pain and/or a sore jaw and head. Gonna look to see what pain meds I have to knock me out, I have a vast array of them to choose from.

    Good night x

    It's normal

CoS, CS and SnS all update at midnight i.e. old offers go/new offers start

With ST the old offers disappear at midnight but you have to wait for the new ones to appear
