ruby_eskimo & Mildredd, well done on your losses :T
wizkid1, glad you're sticking with SW for now. I'm another one who pays for days off-plan. Apologies for TMI, but do you suffer from water retention?? Do you 'go' to the loo regularly??I know it's a bit personal, so don't feel you have to answer. I just know that with SW I'm always on the loo!!

Wizkid1, I've got a suggestion, not sure it's particularly SW friendly, but just a suggestion - you said you're eating a lot of fruit, to make up for the lack of veg, could you cut down on fruit and eat carrots every day (replace carrots with which ever one veg you like). Fruit is really high in sugar, although it's good natural sugar, I know when my mum was dieting she couldn't understand why she wasn't losing (she wasn't doing slimming world) and she cut out some fruit and lost easily. Like I say it's just a suggestion, others might not agree with me, but it would be worth a try? Not suggesting no fruit, just suggesting not so much? xx. [\quote]
Thanks I will try that, less fruit, and eat the other veg that I like.0 -
Evening all
Had a good day today, stuck to menu :j drunk lots of water, 2 cups of green tea and loads of super free
I've also started couch to 5k tonight!
Running felt ok but I struggle with my breathing, not really sure I breath right - any runners on here?
Have a great evening0 -
Its a STS for me this week shala
. Don't really feel as though I have done anything different this week to any other week. Will take extra notice of everything this week to see if I can get things shifting again.
Well done all you losers :T. Commiserations to those who are struggling. So pleased you are sticking around for a bit longer wiz - it is so damned frustrating when you have been trying extra hard.
DH had a lovely meal ready for me when I got back in tonight from wi - SW potato wedges, SW scotch egg and huge salad with a lickle bit of lf mayo. That was followed by a :shhh: wispa.
Trying some of the new double choc hifi bars this week. Don't usually buy many of these types of bars but they are handy if I still have to have hexb at supper and dont really fancy anything and they give me a bit of a sweet hit.
Good luck to everyone weighing in later in the week.

MupElle, I had to google what doggie you have, they're the ones that look like they need a good iron
Gorgeous, hope her eyes are a bit better.
Well done Saver, that's a fab loss :T
shala, are you hinting that you don't much care for raw cauliflower?! :rotfl: It's really nice, honest!! I'd better not mention raw broccoli...
TIE, I would avoid acidy food (the pineapple in your menu??) if your stomach is irritated. Hope you get a better sleep tonight.
wizkid, I wondered if you were suffering from bloating (bread can be the culprit as well as too much fruit). Are you really up every hour during the night?! I'm usually up at least once'A watched potato will never chit'...0 -

Just wanted to wish you good luck with this, it's something I would really like to do. Keep us posted on how you're getting on.'A watched potato will never chit'...0 -
Oh, yes, bread, another thing I love, so I am trying to cut back on that too.
Why is it that the stuff you like isn't good for you I love bread potatoes and fruit. So, for another week I will cut back on those three things and see if it helps. Thanks Everyone for being concerned and helpful x x0 -

Was ok actually, hips and thighs ache already tonight. You must repeat 1st run 3 times in 7 days leaving at least a day between so I'm aiming for Monday, Thursday and Saturday this week
I'll report back at the end of the week0
