does anyone know anything about the new changes yet? I've heard rumours that they are ditching the red/green plans, which is a worry as I'm a vegetarian and only do green!

Does anybody know anything about the new SW changes to the EE plan? I stopped going about a month ago so will have to rejoin.
    .

This is what I posted last week after our first talk when we got the new books.

Overall it's just a bit of a tidy up. We won't do much different if we stick to what we're doing now. These are the main comments/changes:

    • main changes are in wording which will obviously be easier for new members who don't know any different
    • no Red and Green plans in the books but will remain on website
    • syns listings in book has only EE values so looks simpler
    • Superfrees are now called Speed Foods (S)
    • still recommended to 'fill up on frees'
    • FAQs in book say that you 'might' lose without a third of S but slowly
    • all symbols are now a single letter so P (Protein), F (Fibre) and c(Calcium)
    • a version of Success Express is now inlcuded in the books for faster weightloss called Extra Easy SP
    • Extra Easy SP is S (Speed Food) so fruit & veg and P (Protein) like fish, meat and pulses plus 1 HEA and 2 HEBs so low carb?
    • Need to check carefully through lists to see if any changes in quantities of HEXs and anything lost/added from other lists
    • other news was just about Iceland meals which we've already seen
Next week we'll have another short session where (if we've had time to read the books over Christmas!) she'll try to answer questions. Overall a bit of a non event, most people were more excited about the idea of syn free sausages!!

So I'll be going again tomorrow to have it repeated, doubt I'll hear any more.. I've though about it during the week and they're sort of admitting that if you want to lose weight fast then you need to do the Extra Easy SP which, put in meat & two veg terms, means cutting out potatoes. It seems an acknowledgement that you can get stuck with small losses/STS on the old plan. I'll be interested whether they really push the SP version or keep it for 'emergencies' like the old Success Express.

Good to see newbies joining.:) I'm off out to lunch today for a definitely (pre-ordered) of plan meal. I'm really looking forward to getting back to some sort of normality.

    Back soon.

There's a breakdown of the new plan on the SW website if you have access to it. Bit like Success Express by the looks of it as they are now saying at least 1/2 your plate as Speed (Super Frees!) foods.

They seem to be calling the new plan Extra Easy which might be a bit confusing at times!

I'll probably just stick to the current EE with the odd Red or Green day. It's worked to get me to target and stay there since 2010.

Update on my plan to make new friends and hopefully someone to share my last 20 or so years, have been bombarded with
messages from a gentleman who thought I was everything he was looking for.

Seemed to have lots of shared interests, arranged to meet locally for a coffee, was finalising details , told him I would look just like the pic I posted, wearing same coat, jeans, boots. Got reply that he wouldn't consider meeting any lady that wore jeans, or anything less than a skirt and high heels, messaged him to say the last time I was told what to wear was my school uniform, 50 years agp, haven't heard any more from him wonder why, oh well as our dear Beanie says, keep plodding. yeah?
