Back on plan today, quite looking forward to eating normal again.
Making lentil soup today, it's so cold, brrr

Hope you have all survived the Christmas eating and drinking and have come out the other side. Thinking of going to the gym but the idea of scraping the car and going out into the cold puts me off

Me to, I for one am not stirring today . One look out of the window and that was enough. I am staying where it's warm and cosy.:D
I am still stuffed from Christmas, the thought of food makes me want to be sick,so I am taking it easy. I haven't really over done it, but the few extras really filled me up.
I realise what I do eat on SW s far and above what I need.
So, it's back to normality until New Year, but that's not so bad one or two extras will be enough. Then it's New Years Resolutions. Bye for now x :A:A

Hello  hope you're all fine and dandy xx

I'm off to weigh in this morning :eek: I have to wear my jeans which I don't usually wear so I'll probably weigh more ;):rotfl:

1 more 'unwise choice meal' to get through tonight - buffet, my fave and then back to normal :j

Should get our new packs today so I'll enjoy having a read through them...

Take care everyone else who's off out, had to drive home in a blizzard last night, which was horrendous :( and the snow's now turned to ice, no doubt I'll be the one to fall over on it!!

    Xx

    Hi everyone
I'm a newbie to this board and thinking bout joining SW next week. Just wondering about the class, can you just weigh and go or do you need to sit through whole class to then get weighed? I know that I will have to stay to first one to learn about the plan etc . I got to WW goal 2 years ago but put stone back on, tried to get back into WW but it's just not happening so decided to give SW a go. I didn't stay back for the WW chat and it didn't hamper my weigh loss, I know some people like that part of the membership but it's not for me.
    Thanks
It’s not what you have in your life but who you have in your life that counts
  • Forgot to post last week - I put on one pound

I don't think I'll manage achieve my aim now.

I will need to come up with a new mini-target for the new year.

Well, WI this morning was a +1.75lb which was fully deserved as I have enjoyed myself being off the wagon this week. Back on SW today and can hopefully get that and a few of it's friends shifted soon enough.

I saw on instagram this morning that Woman mag is going to have a voucher for SW (on sale from 30/12), I'm thinking of getting it and rejoining group to get the new books, some online access and see if it helps me. I've done alright on my own, but after being off plan since last Friday I could prob do with the boot up the bum going to class would give me for at least a few weeks.

I hope you all had a peaceful and relaxing Christmas :D

Hi there, welcome to the thread. SW classes have the weigh in first and then the class so you can get weighed and go. I would recommend staying if you can, as you can pick up some useful tips from other people about the plan.

  • Hi everyone. Hope you all had a good Xmas.

Went to group this morning, I managed to lose 0.5lbs over christmas week so very pleased. Got my new book and we had a quick look through the details of it. Seems to make sense. Going fully back on plan today for at least 5 days this week.

    B - Muller greek (0.5), clementine
L - Brocoli and stilton soup (1.5), bread (HEB) Spread (1), ham
D - Gammon, potato salad (cheese (HEA), gherkins, spring onion)
