Morning lovelies, and Happy Christmas! I jokingly said to hubby last night that the best gift I could get would be a lie-in. Our daughter is normally up not long after 6 - today 7.30! Baby was still sleeping then too, and only woke up once last night :j

That's both amazing and OMG at the same time! I wonder how long it took her to do that, and hope she's nearly at target now.

    Love it :rotfl:

I was talking at group last night and people said it can't be long until I become a target member. Would be lovely but they looked horrified when I said I was still officially overweight :( I've set target just over a stone away which gets me nicely into a healthy bmi but not down the bottom of the range as that won't be maintainable, and should get me neatly into size 12s as well.

Today has started with fruit toast as a treat - 4.5 syns a slice before I put butter on, but so most definitely worth it. Also have hot chocolate (not options!) for later so 6 syns there I think. Flexi-synning today I think :o

I've been back-reading WLB's blog for a while, it's what finally persuaded me to go back to SW when I did a few searches for inspiration. She started at 43st and has had ups and downs but she never gives up - she has lost all that weight out of sheer determination.

I'm having a very off-the-wagon few days now, and I think I've already undone the 2 and a half pounds loss! But after tomorrow, I'm back on the wagon with a vengeance! Some nice walking might be in order over the rest of the holidays, I think.

Glad you got your lie-in Crabapple :)

Meg, good for you - I hope you find a lovely bloke and have a happy every after!

I'm very glad to have found this thread, thanks for welcoming me to your lovely group.

Happy Christmas all, enjoy whatever you are doing!

morning all, hope you had a lovely day with loved ones and a big hug who found yesterday difficult.

I have no regrets ;) I ate what I wanted but didn't overstuff myself. Not feeling so well this morning, heavy cold and my tummy is making funny noises, not used to the change of food. I have eaten a lot of bread products yesterday. It just reinforces to me that I like healthy eating and SW.

Still going to enjoy myself today, got a buffet planned and making my own sausage rolls and SW friendly quiche etc so will be able to be a bit more on plan. Still going to have other stuff too though.

    Back on plan tomorrow.

Morning to all, hope yesterday was fun!

I also ate too much bread type stuff (specifically muffins, they were so so nice!). Back to a more SW friendly menu today :)

My children have been given so much stuff  I have been given a fair amount of chocolate that I'm going to have to syn for about a month (or feed to hubby and toddler).

I am hoping that two days of eating pretty much what I wanted will be cancelled out at least in the main by five eating SW...
