Thanks for the info maman
Thank god I don't have to visit a supermarket, working tomorrow into Christmas Day.. Finish at noon then off to my sisters for dinner..
Hard day today, ex mother in laws funeral.. So sad and only a couple of weeks following her husband.. She had dementia and sounds like she gave up after his death..
Anyway, didn't feel like doing much cooking so had rice left over from yesterday with added veggies and Thai salmon, quick and tasty! http://instagram.com/p/w9QErrGjWD/
Scales not being kind to me so far.. Hope that changes by WI on Boxing Day!0 -
Evening. Thanks for the info maman, our consultant told us a little bit tonight to encourage us to come next week when she explains in full, but it's useful to know.
Well done on your loss retiredlady :T
We get new books next week and she said if we want then we can transfer all our info across and take new stickers to use the new book. I kind of want to and to line them all up right like I planned to do at the start and they are all on a wonk
Anyhow, WI was a success this week (or my eating and writing it all down was, anyway) and I lost last weeks gain plus - 3.5lb off :j Plus broke a stone barrier
Next two days are going to be higher syns, will probably set myself a max but not panic too much, but I will still write it down. Boxing Day will be back on plan as our family tradition is to have lunch of jacket potatoes!:heartpuls Daughter born January 2012 :heartpuls Son born February 2014 :heartpuls

:T that's brilliant, well done you!!
Our family tradition is to have bubble & squeak with a fry up for brunch (DH trained to use frylight) and then cold meats, chips and pickles. So unless I'm very lazy and use oven chips I'll be mostly back on plan too.
I can't see our consultant offering repeat stickers. Don't they have to pay for them?wow, look at that for a christmas goal achievement https://twitter.com/weightloss!!!!!/status/547374328531386369/photo/1
That is some amazing loss. I read it as 2.5 at first.
Sorry you've had a difficult day. Have a hug.:A
Not feeling too good tonight, got a feeling DH may have passed on germs. Had Lemsip (with honey:eek:) and I ate a marzipan heart!0
