Lantanna, let's find the person that invented the sprout sandwich and give them a good clip around the ear!! Along with marmite on weetabix and jacket potato sandwiches it's the most dirtiest thing I've heard :rotfl::rotfl:

Got lots of body magic done this morning, painting the bathroom :j:j having a rest before starting on the second coat... It's a little hindered by the fact my pants and tracky bottoms keep falling down :eek::eek: back to the bucket knickers lantanna :rotfl::rotfl:

Right off to make the beds as sister is coming up a day earlier than expected and then back to the painting :T

Apparently if you have red fingernails you eat less, as the red reminds you of danger - so you are more conscious about what you are eating!! and tend to eat less.


So says Bella Magazine that I was reading in the hairdressers on Saturday!


Guess what colour my fingernails currently are! Red !!

Being ill cancelled out the 2 days of piggery and gave me a loss as well
I now have a healthy bmi and I'm the lightest I've ever been go me shame it took being ill again to lose weight oops

Still not quite right but eating again and mini is back to normal thankfully

I'm over the Christmassy treats I've lusted over for so long in my mind I'm now past lusting

I invented the chip omelette

Went to Tenerife many years ago and when I go abroad I am a more fussy eater than here. I asked for Omelette with chips and me and family waited ages wondering why meal was taking so long. When mine arrived it was an omelette with chips cooked inside :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Weigh in went well, I've lost 2.5lbs! Very pleased with that, considering I didn't have room to write down all the syns on my food diary


This coming week is going to be mostly off plan, but I'm going to write it all down to try and stay mindful - and not be too hacked off if I have a gain next week. It is Christmas after all!!
