Morning everyone! Some great losses being posted and some STS despite all the Christmas goodies so :T to all of you.

I'm another sprout hater, but have had them stir fried with other veg and enjoyed them that way. Must just be my mum's boiled ones I can't stomach :rotfl:She used to make me have one every Christmas despite my hatred 'because it's Christmas'. I failed to see why I should spoil my Christmas dinner :(

I've checked and they are an option this year but I'm having broccoli which I love :)

Been writing everything down again this week, just got to stick to plan for another two days until WI tomorrow night. I ate a couple of chocolate coins last night but was within my syns allowance :D I was going to have smarties but my husband has hidden them well as I thought I knew where they were but failed to find them! Must be in the shed with the spiders...

I like a sprout but they don't like me!!

Give me terrible wind and quite frankly I have to be near a toilet or theres trouble. So I have to pass on them.

There was naughtiness over the weekend, cheese and cheesecake

Trying to be supergood today, damage limitation as such for me this week!!

Didn't manage to get on here yesterday as had DD2 and family over for the day. Stuck to plan during the day but went well over at dinner and during the evening! Profiteroles (I had 7! @ 2.5 each) plus a couple of glasses of red - so could have been worse.

Will be on plan today and tomorrow but probably not for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & Boxing Day!

Need to do some damage limitation between Christmas and New Year!!!

    Today's plan is EE again:

B - porridge, Mullerlight Banana 'n' Custard; pineapple
    L - SW fry up
D - Savoury mince (from freezer) mad into a cottage pie; veg of some sort but not sure what yet, may do a bag of mixed.

HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
    HEB - porridge

Syns - hopefully none to do a bit of damage limitation!

Oh dear me another STS but I M surprised it's not a gain because I haven't eaten properly because. Of my cold. If I hadn't had my flu jab I would swear it's the flu.
Anyway, I shall have to be careful over Christmas and New Year hope you all have a good one and don't put much on ,if any.

Maman can you please change it to red STS. Thanks.

    Morning all :)

I've got the day to myself as OH is playing golf, but sadly no car so I can only go as far as my dodgy knee will allow me. Must write Christmas cards for our friends here although some have gone back to UK so too late for them.

This really had me laughing out loud. :rotfl:

Its also made me want a sprout sandwich, but I'd need some thick sliced white bread and lurpak butter to go with the sprouts, so it's not going to happen.

    Welcome back. :D

Is your shiny new laptop a joy and fun to use, or are you struggling to get to grips with it and feel like throwing it through the window? (Like I was :o)

Had porridge for breakfast and we're having leftover chilli and pasta tonight, not sure about lunch yet - we've always got salad in the fridge but we tend to have that a lot so I might have something else for a change.

    Have a good day.

I'd love to know who came up with a sprout sandwich?? I've never heard of this in my life!! lol
  • Sprout sandwiches? The niceness must be all in the White bread and lurpack butter! Bet they are not so tasty with wholemeal bread and no butter, but I won't be trying them! Stir fried with bacon and sweet chilli sauce in toast now that sounds more like it :rotfl::rotfl:

Glad to oblige wiz. Sorry it's not a loss but you don't seem to lose regularly. I was the same when getting to target, no regular pattern. Be sure to enjoy Christmas although being careful.

I've been up and organised this morning. Took my car in for a service, been to have my nails done red for Christmas. I'm feeling surprisingly thin considering what I ate on Saturday but am wearing old, M&S jeans so maybe that's why.;)

    My EE plan for today:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB porage with HEA milk
L: JP with cottage cheese, spring onions and beetroot
D: SW burger, SW chips, peas, tomatoes, mushrooms, fried onions
Syns: squirt of syrup, squirt of HP

Will try to keep away from Christmas chocolates today.
