Hi all, I have to confess I'm a sprout lover!! Can't get enough of them! They saved me from carb cravings over this last week.
I'm not sure if I've lost much in my first week, as I haven't stuck to the plan as much as I should have - far too many syns most days, but it's all written down.
I have made the basic switches to make most of my food free now, though. I got some 5% pork mince, and some perfect shake pork seasoning so it's like sausage meat and I can do loads of different things with that.
Bought fry light butter flavour and did some "fried" eggs this morning to have with sausage meat patties and lean bacon... luverly!
I'm keeping up with increasing fruit and vegetables, too. Now we've broken up for Christmas I've got no excuse for not starting a bit of exercise!
Having weigh in on Mondays is great because it keeps me from going crazy over the weekend. I know I haven't really stuck to the plan but even if I've not lost, I am taking back some control over my appetite and feel much better for it.
Good luck with the festive preparations to all those who enjoy doing them, hugs and love to those who don't. I'll be doing a quiet family thing then plan to just enjoy being in my own home cuddled up with the cat - that's just how it is with my rock and roll lifestyle  :rotfl:I believe in the freedom of spinach and the right to arm bears.

I must confess I'm a sprout lover too! Not boiled, but shredded with bacon and onion, stir fried, and raw shredded into salads or colslaws.
I'm pleased to say1 lb off for me this week Shala, thank you for doing such a wonderful job with the chart.
There has been some amazing losses on here recently, well done :T
Things not going to plan food wise today, and I thought I was really focused! We were in town this morning and I found myself eating a quiche! - whoops! It was with salad, but I expect that will scupper my loosing next week, as WI is two days early anyway :rotfl:
Just off now to make some soup to try to even things out... Superfree of course!
Have a good weekend folks0 -

I just popped onto the SW website and they have a new food diary to test, it isn't much different to the previous one, just a prettier layout but if you have any suggestions to improve it then they would like us to send feedback on it.
Personally I don't use it as you can't work out syns properly so I've explained that to them..
Nice to be asked I thought..Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
I saw the new planner but decided not to volunteer as I like to do occasional Red and Green days and it's only suitable for EE.
