    Sprout sarnies sound lush

    To me they sound positively_pale_

I went to a little greengrocer today and just bought a large handful of the things for DH. I'm such a loving wife.:D
I feel so sluggish today :( I've not really had any proper days off the plan since August so it could be worse, I'm planning 3 days on plan and full of superfrees and speed foods, then having Xmas and Boxing Days off plan.
I felt like that last night flutterby, my day was so off plan I didn't even have a SW breakfast. :Ton your losses for the challenge.

I'm envying you the sunshine LL, none here today.

I'm pack on plan today and intend to stay so until Christmas Eve. My EE menu:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB toast, HEA ,ilk, baked beans
    L: fried LO veg
D: Hairy Bikers' Braised beef with onions, mushrooms, roast potatoes, broccoli, carrots
Syns: squirt of sauce, scrape of spead, weekend wine.

I sprinkled some cheese on the veg today and finished them off under the grill. I'm counting it in HEA as I've not had much milk today.

Hairy Bikers' steak has yummy gravy but at only half tsp. of cornflour shared I'm ignoring the syns.

    Hallelujah! Another sprout convert! :D

Off plan today, but still writing things down. Weigh in tomorrow - not sure if I've lost or gained or stayed the same, but at least it will give me a benchmark. I haven't written everything down like this for a long, long time.

Have found another food I'm intolerant to. Been feeling really unwell today, stomach has been on fire and heart felt like it was racing although pulse was normal. The only thing I can put it down to was some GF custard creams that have soya in. Everything else Ive eaten Ive had before but the CCs were a 1st. So looks like I'm intolerant to soya as all other ingredients seem fine i.e I've had before. So had such a rough day :(

Also Mr T sent silly substitutes in my order today. I ordered GF SAVOURY party mix and they sent SWEET party mix , I ordered a plainish dip pack [cheese n chive etc] and they sent Tex Mex. I can't do spicy so they went back. Now have to go shopping again . Fridge looks bare but chest freezer is full to brim .
Last few chrimble prezzies tomorrow to get, then feet up til Chrimble Eve when we deliver Bruv in Law to other Bruv in Law in Chatteris. Not looking forward to the drive in the dark as have to wait for hubby to finish work about 5 first.
Fed up with Chrimble already :(
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

New laptop and back online:eek: Really missed you lot:D

Not stuck to plan last few days but not gone way over the top and have managed a STS SHALA. As usual my biggest downfall is chocolate, haven't been too bad with low syn meals but have succumbed to extra chocolate at night. Also really tired with all the extra work but hoping to do an adapted (shortened) Callanetics work out tomorrow and possible Wednesday.

Good to have you back mim.

I'm trying to be very careful with the chocolate. Since I bought the Christmas chocolate on Friday, I've had one marzipan heart each night and tonight a small (Hero size) Wispa fell into my mouth as well.:o Thank goodness I didn't buy them earlier. DH has already started on the Stilton and the Pringles so I could be worse.

How infuriating about the online order tie and the extra intolerance. I'm going to do my fresh food list tomorrow and shop on Tuesday as my car is in for a service tomorrow.
