Thanks beanielou... yes the crash is so awful. Only just found out about it at SW.

Weigh in went well, I've lost 2.5lbs! Very pleased with that, considering I didn't have room to write down all the syns on my food diary :o

Great losses Mildredd and jps :T

Not long back from our class and am pleased to report a 2.5lb loss :j Didn't realised til I got back that if I'd lost another 0.5lb I would have got my 5.5 shiney. However the way I'm looking at it I am going to have a couple of days totally off plan (foodwise as I don't really drink much) and hopefully still maintain my 5st shiney. If I had got my 5.5 shiney tonight it wouldn't have allowed me to gain anything over of the hols without endangering the safety of my new shiney. Is it just me or are others protective of their shinies. :rotfl::rotfl:

My hoisin sausages went down well at the party tonight.

That's a really good plan b.e.g. that way when you get your shiny it'll be for the first time and no back-tracking. A couple of off plan days should be easy to claw back. :T on your loss and you too jps.:T

Off to SW in the morning, my group has an extra session instead of Christmas Day. I'm not weighing again (only weighed last Thursday) but consultant says she'll tell us about the new plan. Will report back.

ETA: You've had enough germs recently midredd, don't need any more.

Can't decide what to have for breakfast and lunch today! Dinner tonight will be kangaroo burger, chips & beans so very low on SF so probably ought to have salad of some sort for lunch.

Going to have a look at the website to see if I can get some inspiration for breakfast! Really don't fancy porridge again and don't want scrambled eggs on toast again.

Will try and pop back later once I've decided what I'm having.

Congratulations on the great losses Mildredd, jps and b_e_g :T and an extra :jfor Mildredd for getting to a healthy bmi!

You do know they don't take them off you ;)! I do get it though, not wanting to go back over that weight because you've already earned the shiny.

WI tonight. Hoping to have lost something as I have been very good at writing it down and my syns have been within allowance (well, I went 0.5 over yesterday but not going to worry about that!).

I was hoping to get my 4 stone shiny before Christmas, it's what I wrote on my SW gift tag, but my gain last week means I'm out of the running for that. Still, I can look forward to it early in the New Year so long as I don't pig out over Christmas :D

It's all in the head I think Crabapple. Have to keep reminding myself that my SW break does not start until Christmas Day and end on Boxing Day night. Hope you get a nice surprise at wi today. Don't worry too much if you dont get that 4st shiney tonight - it will be just around the corner in 2015 :D

    Good luck to todays weighers.

Waiting for DH to make it downstairs then we are off to Sainsbobs and M&S together with a shopping list that was made when I was at class last night. Think I had better give it the once over before we leave. Bet theres not many naughties on it ;)

    Morning,

Last day of work for 12 days - hooray!!

Today is a right off as I am out later

Definetely hitting the gym tomorrow - the ring of fat as I call it around my middle is bouncing back to life - but still if it can't make an appearance at Christmas when can it, it will be gone again soon enough!

We have group tomorrow - not certain I'll be there yet. Mite hack it out til New Years Eve class, if I have a gain and I more than suspect I have after cheesegate  at the weekend it will just put me in a bad mood for Christmas which will in no way benefit my family or the local community:eek: so I am taking the I'm better off not knowing attitude !!!! :rotfl: Not sure I cud stand an hour of melting and happy clapping on Christmas eve anyway

That is my Christmas present to myself!
