does anyone know anything about the new changes yet? I've heard rumours that they are ditching the red/green plans, which is a worry as I'm a vegetarian and only do green!

Hi msgnomey, I weigh in on Monday but did my Wii fit body test and I've put 6.5lbs on according to that, just in this week

I have been outrageous over the last few days so it's not unexpected and I'll get back to it next week, I hope.

About the decision on going to meetings or not... I think it's got to be what's right for you at the time. I need the extra motivation of being weighed every week by someone other than myself (if I lean to the left, I can knock half a stone off my scales!!)

Hope everyone that had the lurgies is feeling better, and well done to you people who managed to stay relatively sane around all the festive food.

    .

I'm the same and need the extra motivation of someone else weighing me. I never stay to class, stayed the first two weeks only. I'm not a sociable person so class is a bit of a nightmare idea for me! Most of the people seem lovely but it's just not my thing. Plus I'm out of the house 11hours a day for work in a stressful job, with a commute, so the last thing I want to do is spend 90mins at class! But other people love it so it's different for everyone.

I'm back on plan today, reckon I've put on around 7lbs  but not got WI til tomorrow night. My normal WI day is Weds though so it will give me a 9 day window to lose as much as possible for the first proper WI of Jan!! Eating as much super free and speed food as possible.

Anyone got any beany soup recipe? Not super speed soup though.

Does anybody know anything about the new SW changes to the EE plan? I stopped going about a month ago so will have to rejoin.

I am very cross with myself. the summer before last I had lost nearly 2 stones (which took about 2 years!!). I bought loads of new clothes and my faves were some white jeans which I slid into. This summer they wouldn't go near me because I'd put most of the weight back on again. I find this on/off business very depressing.
