Very well said lantanna!!!!
Had a hard night as DD wouldn't go to sleep and just kept crying. in the end she got fever and calmed down for a sleep at midnight after neurofen. And then DS woke crying to sleep in mummy bed (where DD) was has just fallen asleep, and kept screeming for an hour, until DH finally managed to calm him down and slept with him on our other 'big bed' in the another room (old mattress on the floor).
So, DD stayed at home today while DS went to nursery. We did the shopping together, she had some lunch and went to sleep nearly 3.5 hours ago in mummy's bed... By this rate I will be the one sleeping in the cot soon!
Anyway, hope she gets better soon!
Menu:
B - boiled eggs, some HM brioche with a spread (syns!), a sip of coffee
L - miso soup with spring onion, mushroom and wakame, 3 rolls of sushi
D - will most likely be jacket potato with beans, and possibly some cheese, as I am not counting the milk in that sip of coffee I had!
Snacks: two chocolate lebkuchen hearts (5 syns for both) - very satisfying with a cup of hot tea in this freezing house!!!!!!!Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -
:Tto all losers, especially those with a not so shiny!
Back from France. Had a good but coooold few days. Line drawn under the off plan meals but I have another tonight. Will be good tomorrow and Sunday then look forward.:)My mini me said that I looked like a beautiful princess
:lovethougOh what a lovely post. Stay focussed on this mildredd whatever that !!!!! has to throw at you.I'd like it noted I've resisted bakery sausage rolls and cream buns today and I will get to target before Christmas.
Duly noted.;) I think your idea of sorting things out for your Christmas at the Chinese is a great plan. Go for it!
Thanks for the tip about the monthly meal plan b.e.g. A bit like lantanna and her small gain, it really is important to get things in perspective. So a few meals out doesn't stop you eating on plan whenever possible in between. Unless you've only just started you're not going to gain back all the weight you've lost.
I'm another who had to cut back on wine before I started SW LL. I'd never have managed SW with the daily tipple but it took a change in eating before I lost any weight.
Called in at Sainsbury's for some 1 syn sausages and they were just putting the YS stickers on meat. Really pleased with what I got (mostly lamb). I should be able to get away with buying very little except fresh stuff this month.
Does anyone here use skimmed milk? I use mine for porage, occasional cereal, teas and very rarely a cheese sauce. I was wondering if I used that I could split my HEA and squeeze a bit of cheese on days when I only have a splash in tea as I like it quite strong.
Got back late last night and today I've had SW breakfast (baked beans) and lunch (JP with cottage cheese & beetroot). Off plan this evening then tomorrow I promise to be good (ish).;)0 -

Welcome Karleymarie - great loss in 4 weeks :T on the radio the other day they said this was the week everyone starts to give up their diets and "being good" - must be seeing that xmas is round the corner...

I think it is that.. Sort of a "I know im going to go off plan soon so why am I doing it now?"
Had my first properly bad day yesterday, although it was because my friend was in hospital and I took her (unexpected admission) so had very little snacks with me and was out of my house from 10am - 7pm. Amazes me how a hospital only sells unhealthy food. Ginsters sausage roll and kitkat chunky. Could have been better, however could have been a lot worse! Onwards and upwards!
Good luck over the weekend everybody :TSlimming World: 1stone 11lbs lost in 11 weeks0 -
