No apology needed lovely, I am pretty sure it wasn't there when I read your post, if it was I missed it so no problem :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:I do think the site is doing some odd things lately, I now cant for the life of me change colours, I can change the size of font and can copy and paste the smilies but just cant make it change the colour.

:Ttweets and erin and any other losers I've missed!

Pub menu was far better than anticipated but still made synful choices.:o I had steak and JP and tomato BUT onion rings, butter, cheeseboard and wine syns as well.

Never mind, line drawn until next Tuesday with the exception of weekend wine. I'm certainly one that drinks my syns.;)

lantanna, I think we're being hard on ourselves trying to keep within a narrow 6lb range and watching every variation but it's what SW have decided. If it wasn't that I like the friends I've made (including virtual ones:A) and the website access then I could probably maintain by using how my clothes feel as a guide. I'm determined that weight is not going back on and (especially listening to wiz this week) a healthy eating plan is the way to go.

Enjoy yourself in Portsmouth meg. If you go to Gunwharf Quays they have an 'all you can eat' Chinese called the Water Margin that will do you stir fries. Very SW friendly but I can never resist the chips an spring rolls.

    Evening all
Still full of cold :( been shopping today though and managed to walk ten miles and burn 1300 calories :j also managed to get a pair of size 14 jeans on without them cutting off my circulation :j when I was big I always wanted a baggy tracksuit but I could never get them to do anything more than just fit. I now however have one! :j that's my own fault for buying the size 18 :rotfl: the 16 would have sufficed. never mind.
Havent got much of an appetite but I've managed to eat by forcing myself.
    Today's food plan:
B: 2 cheese twists (4 syns) litre of sparkling water
L: Boots Shapers Moroccan Chicken salad (2.5 syns) pineapple, grape and mango pot. Litre of still water
T: Mushy pea curry, steamed mixed veg. Big bowl of fresh raspberries with 2 0% raspberry Activia, popping candy Freddo (4.5 syns) Pint of NAS
S: HEXB Alpen Lights, HEXA (measured) glass of semi skimmed
    Body magic: 10 mile walk
    Syns: 11
Hope everyones ok. Off to dose myself up on Sudafed and cover myself in Vicks!
    Night all x
