That curry sounds lovely, please can I have the recipe?

    LL :)

LL - the recipe is in the Recipe Index at the beginning of each month's Grocery Challenge. If you can't find it quite happy to post here. I've no idea what it'll be like as it's the first time I've cooked it but hoping it will be good.

As expected I had a gain this morning but more than I thought it would be - 1.5lb; not too bothered by the gain as still in target but would like to get a loss next week - unlikely to be the whole lot as I only ever seem to lose 0.5 or lb at a time!

Someone once said it gets to a stage where you have to chose between the face and the body and I def believe that is true

Sad but true. I'm happy enough - just have a little gut left but I'm learning to accept that.

That's a great achievement, well done.

I lost that amount 10 years ago and called target even though I ws still technically overweight. I still had an area on my tum that I wasn't happy with and I'd been aiming to carry on until it went, but people started commenting that I was too thin and it was showing in my face. I realise now that the problem area was loose skin and the only way to get rid of that is surgery.

How I wish that was my only problem now. :o

    LL :)
    Start BMI - 38.7 Current BMI - 31.2 Target BMI - 26.3

I think it is mostly loose skin truthfully. My bmi is just in the healthy range and I'm a 10 on the bottom a 12 on the top.

I would like to have children in the future so I definitely wouldn't do anything about it right now - just accept it for what it is I guess and concentrate on the positives!

Have you regained a lot of it? It is so so hard at times! I would love to be able to eat without having to think about it and planning what I can and can't have. It consumes so much time!

Well done everyone who has lost this week. :T
Been very busy so not had much time to come on here but have been dipping in and out whenever I found my will power lacking.

I lost 2lb on Mondays weigh in which I am happy with although nothing will match the feeling of joy I had on weeks 1 & 2. :)

    Week 1 - 9lb lost
    Week 2 - 5lb lost
    Week 3 - 2lb lost
