Have gone well over syns this week so expecting a gain but hopefully not too much!

    Another EE day for me:

    B - banana after WI
L - Sweet Chilli Prawn Noodles (2 syns for sweet chilli sauce)
D - Slow Cooker Goan pork curry with rice

Bit low on SFs but will have some fruit during the day - got bananas, apples, grapes & satsumas.

Need to do a bit of shopping and will need to get some fresh veg as have left other than a couple of courgettes I picked up on Tuesday YS'd. Still got a few HG peppers which need using up this week - have quite a few in the freezer but they're all green so will get used with other colour peppers as not keen on them on their own.

HEA will be milk in tea throughout the day. Not sure about HEB yet but may have some Ryvitas this evening. Not sure about other syns yet either but will try to keep fairly low as away for the weekend again and Saturday will be a fish and chip supper  - won't eat the batter on the fish but will definitely be eating some chips along with the fish but not sure how many (certainly won't be all of them as I find a portion of chippie chips far too many).

    Back on it & behaving!

Lets pick this up, battle on and get to where we want to be for Christmas
  • and it's a STS for me this week - better than I deserve but still a shame not to shift a little bit more.

Will try my utmost to have a much better week this week and hopefully be rewarded on the scales next Thursday!

Not feeling up to much of anything today but a new Aldi has opened close to both home and work so I fancy checking that out. Also need to go to the post office on my lunch. Also forgot bf will need food when he gets home after his gym session so I may nip home and leave him something. If I can get my car out of the car park at lunch I will do all three in one quick trip round.

    Yes, let's !! :T:j

I am already thinking up ways to get through the Christmas season.

I'm planning to make my own snacky things, like chicken skewers and little meatballs, that kind of thing. If only I can stay away from the chocolate and crunchy crisps and nuts, I'll be ok. I really, really, really don't want to gain lots over Christmas, after working so hard in the weeks before. ;)

I bought the little book of lunches at class yesterday, some nice soup recipes in there.

I think I'm having a green day today for a change. Going to make lentil soup with homemade bread for tea. The family can just have pancetta sprinkled into theirs and I'll have M&S mini sub rolls with mine.

Have a :A day everyone, stay away from the nasty stuff

I love to hear the positivity!! Keeps us all going.:D

I've had my SW breakfast (fried eggs on toast) but out to lunch. Menu looks distinctly uninspiring on line. Oddly they do JPs as a lunchtime thing but everything on their main menu has chips. I wonder if they'll mix and match?

Wine syns might be involved.:o I'll report back later.

    Morning all

Just had melon and yogurt for breakfast which was lovely. I'm always surprised by the price of them here (in Spain) - other fruit and veg are quite cheap but a whole melon is over 3 euros. They grow them here but maybe they're not in season just now so they have to import them.

I made some chicken noodle soup yesterday so that will be lunch, probably with bread (HEB) and salmon and prawn salad for dinner with hb egg and new potatoes. We have friends coming round tonight so syns will go on wine.

If you don't mind me asking, how much do you want to lose altogether?

I need one more lb to hit target!! for the first time! Although after my mis behaving over the last week its probably 2 0r 3 now!

I want to be under target by a couple for xmas so I don't go over my scary weight which is 11 stone - it puts fear into me and I never want to see it again lo.

I lost 6.7 stone in a year and its taken me up until now from getting that in April to decide what my target is. I have bounced around since April around my chosen target which is 10.9 lol.

So technically I have been at target (within the range) or below target range think I was up to 6 stone 9 loss at one stage. I just didn't know what my target was. It was also about getting the 7 stone certificate!!!

As always it is never straightforward with me!! I have changed target at least 3 times and was wanting 9.13 at one stage but now looking back at photos etc I can see I was getting too skinny in the face when I was heading towards that.

Someone once said it gets to a stage where you have to chose between the face and the body and I def believe that is true

Sad but true. I'm happy enough - just have a little gut left but I'm learning to accept that.

Hugs to you and your mum, mich.

Lois, thanks for the posting tip. That’s useful to know.

Thank you, shala. I hope you find out soon what’s causing your allergy.

Anyway, yesterday was a bit better, thank goodness. My menu was

Dinner: share of Indian takeaway with family (I’ll say 10 as I had a wee toty bit of nan bread and a tsp of spiced onions) It was supposed to be paprika pork, but with all the hoo hah on Tuesday I forgot to take meat out of freezer to defrost overnight. I then put it out in the morning, but it didn’t thaw in time – and now I have 6 pork steaks for me and DH to eat. May need to make a casserole and freeze some.
    Snack: Tunnock’s teacake (5)
    Total: 17 sysn

    Today’s menu
Breakfast: half hexb soldiers, 2 boiled eggs
Lunch: hexa cheese and grapes, ML Greek lemon yogurt (0.5)
Dinner: something with pork steak lol, apple
    Total Planned Syns: 0.5
Snacks: choose from Special K chilli crisps (4.5), 2 Garibaldis (4), choc digestive (4)

Good luck everyone. Today’s the day we’ll get it right!
