I am sure I saw someone on here asking if there were any offers for SW but I cant find it now. Anyway thought I would post that there is a voucher for free membership in Womans magazine on Tuesday. I had one of these when I started and only intended to go that night to get the books but then decided to stay with it.Slimming World at target0

Shame about the gain mim but it's easily done when away from home. Hopefully it'll go just as quickly.
My home smells like an Indian restaurant. Hope the curry tastes as nice as it smells.
Chilli is bubbling away in slow cooker, my team won (again!), all is well with the world.:)0 -

Evening all...
Well done to all you exercisers :j not for me i'm afraid, i'm very hit and miss with exercise
Here are my meals for the day - on a green day so not really many SF's with tea but had a banana and Satsuma extra through the day..
The updated new chart is here :j:j we've already lost a stone and a half!!Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
I just love looking at the food pics. I need to learn how to do it.:o
And being a member of the SF police I hugely approve of all those carrots mich.;)
wiz, you should try the Hairy Bikers braised steak recipe
http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/braised_steak_with_gravy_24508
It's absolutely yummy. I like it with the sirloin steaks from Farmfoods (2 for £5) but you could use any steak. The gravy is amazing and virtually syn free. Just one tsp of cornflour and it makes loads.0 -

love the hairy bikers, their recipes so easy to tweak for SW.. that looks good!
I love veg, always add extra to any recipe I do.. courgettes, spinach and carrots my faves at the minute.. do notice a lot of photos on the #slimmingworld instagram are a bit lacking in SF's..
This was delicious from a bargain bag of veg from Aldi with and extra spud and onion and some lentils.. made a huge pan full http://instagram.com/p/u0bdyCGjeO/?modal=true
I used to use flickr regularly but for my other photography.. instagram is so easy to use if your phone supports the app.. can do all your tweaks and add filters before posting..0
