I've found my attitude has changed to sw over the last 13 months! Being so ill and all the legal crap made me refocus massively - scared to say it but 2014 started as a horrendous year but its possibly turned a corner and I'm happy!Started sw 02/09/13 - total loss so far -5st 1lb

Hi all
I am easily corrupted
Didn't have the mug shot. Daughter phoned just after 12 to ask did I fancy going to see "Gone Girl" this afternoon. I did, but film was at 1.30 and I didn't have time even for that by the time I phoned DH to tell him I was going out and let him know where to get a key to get back into the house, then pick up daughter and head off to cinema. I intended to hang on until I got home but she hadn't had lunch either so, while I was getting tickets, she got me a goats' cheese panini and a spicy fruit biscuit- and I ate them! And I enjoyed them! Oh dear.
On the positive side -- I did stick to planned dinner tonight. I only had 1 slice of toast at breakfast, so I'll have the other at suppertime with a wee scrape of jam.
Tuesday's Menu (after an expected traumatic WI)
Breakfast: grapefruit & toast
Lunch: tuna jacket & salad
Dinner: - out for daughter's birthday celebration!!!
Oh, btw, the film was very goodSewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -

Wasn't too lucky with YS as very little fruit and veg reduced but did get
6 bananas for 20p, six small wholemeal rolls for 25p. Did better at one stop and got pack of two peppers for 25p and pack of cucumber and tomatoes for 50p.
I did get drenched on the way back so had a hot bath when I got in and donned a fleecy onesie and dressing gown so quite cosy now, I had a lovely dinner of steamed smoked river cobbler with steamed potatoes, peas, carrots broccoli and cauliflower, leftovers from freezer.
Not tried this fish before, it was a reduced pack picked up some weeks ago and it was really tasty.
Been very good today fruit and yoghurt for breakfast, egg salad for lunch. Have ryvita and lct for healthy extra but don't feel hungry so might now have it.Slimming World at target0 -
