We all seem to be synchronised with our * week, it's mine too!! Feeling so ill with it yesterday & today :( Anyway, week 3 weigh day & I'm a STS please, shala. I'm so glad it wasn't a gain, it should have been with the amount of alcohol syns I've had these last few days.

I didn't stick to my menu yesterday as I couldn't face making the Quorn cottage pie. I ended up having some HM lasagne that DH made & garlic bread that DD2 made :o

    Green day:

B - mango, raspberries, branflakes (HEB1), Greek yoghurt (3.5 syns)
L - lentil & veg soup, loaded potato skins (1/2 HEA1) with beetroot
    D - ??

I might just have more soup for dinner & 3 ryvita (HEB2) with Philly Light pod (1/2 HEA1) & red onion.

Well done losers :T sorry, I've lost track with who has lost.

    I don't think I've done my menu yet today, I'm confused :D

B: Toast, marmite, flora light (1/2) (I'm so boring)
L: Prawns, melba toast, lettuce, banana
S: FINGER OF FUDGE (it's Monday) and toffee yoghurt
D: Chicken breast and ratatouille type stuff with noodles (bored of pasta)

That must be the most BORING menu ever :D

Well done to those that have lost or STS whooooo :T
Started SW on 18 August 2014 - Total Weight Loss 12 lbs :T

It's so hard to stick to plan when you're away especially if buffets are involved. I think you've done well to STS.

I think it was tweets who asked for advice on targets. I'm also 5ft 9 and my target weight is 10 stone 7 lbs. That makes me a slim size 12 (depending on the brand). I know I'm a healthy BMI but I set my target partly on dress size and partly using one of these simple charts.

11st 7 would put you just on the very border of healthy/overweight for our height. Like I said, it wasn't just the recommended healthy weight it was because I wanted to be a size 12! I'm all vanity me!:o

Are you not planning to eat on Tuesday and Wednesday wiz?:D
  • Aww,just feel like crying.
I thought I had done so well this week.Tonight, scales at WI said 1/2lb gain .I really was shocked.
Will post up my menu for the last week and let you lot pick it to pieces.

The last 2 weigh-ins (monday night),I have had an all-you can eat meal on the Friday night, and lost 2.5 lb.This week, eating everythig right, and GAIN!!

The only thing I can think is that I had AYCE on Friday night(12thSept),then Frankie and Bennies English breakfast on Sunday(14th),and with weigh-in the next day,it hadn't registered yet. This week it has caught up.

Now,my consultant says there is no such thing as "catch up"-you have either eaten the syns or you haven't.On the other hand,I have always believed it took can take a couple of days for calories/syns to catch up.I would be interested to hear what others believe.
