    We are going for 95% LTV so I am expecting them to look at our credit files with a fine tooth comb lol.

    Could get off lightly I suppose but I suspect a full search will be done on Monday or Tuesday next week as the Survey/Val is being done today!

    Hehe! It's more annoying than stress! I've been waiting nearly 2 weeks for the vendors solicitor to send across draft copies of contract! There so slow! It's annoying as I'm quite quick when it comes to filling out paperwork and sending back the same day etc! Had to wait a week before the vendor sent his ID documents to his solicitor :|

    Good luck and were all here to keep you sane through the process! Lol X

    Buyers valuation on our house - 19/08 (all good!!)
    Our AIP applied for and approved - 19/08
    Offer on the house we're buying accepted - 26/08
    Full mortgage application applied for - 02/09
    Valuation completed - 15/09

    Fingers crossed!!!!
