Welcome butterfly2507 and welcome back to the ladies who have been on holiday or missing in action.
I have painted my nails several times since I last posted - OPI DS Reserve which only lasted a few days and then OPI I Have a Herring Problem topped with OPI Super Bass Shatter which has been on my nails since last Friday.
I also have a use up from my July Project Pan list: Body Shop Brazil Nut Bath and Shower Cream 60ml. I bought this for 50p in a charity shop and although I liked it, I probably wouldn't buy it again. It smelt of toffee so I would have preferred to eat it rather than shower in it!
I have also gathered together all my shampoo bottles and sample sachets and taken a photo. It's quite embarrassing but is not as bad as I feared. The shower gel stash is another story however......... :embarasse I'll post the photo tomorrow if I have the guts.Time may be a great healer, but it's a lousy beautician....0 -
We are staying just a few miles from York in our motor home, with a bus service every half hour to York outside the site, so will be using our free bus passes to avoid parking charges and not using extra fuel:money: We will have 5 full days, so hopefully 3/4 in York seeing museums, Minster, etc and perhaps 1 in Harrogate. VALM I must look up the details for the soap shop, as last time I visited the craft centre where I buy my gorgeous hand made soap I was short of time and did not buy any (that's my excuse for buying more anyway:rotfl:) It will be nice to see some big shops/stores too as living in the sticks means that I do not often get to look at lovely toiletries and skin care IRL. Desperately need a new foundation, I don't mind how much I pay if I can get a good colour match and a nice light coverage.
Here's a link to the soap shop and there is a lovely branch of Fenwicks Department Store in the centre of York.

I have 2 INS from yesterday. I popped into Boots to kill time whilst waiting for MrM to give me a lift home from work and picked up 2 x bottles of Umberto Gianini dry shampoo from the clearance shelf reduced to £2.50 each. Should be £6.00 each and at the clearance price are cheaper than Batiste. As Emma and I go through quite a bit of dry shampoo thought it was worth a try.
Another UU too from my PP list. As predicted the Clinique All About Eyes eye gel has gone. This was a small tub from a GWP kit. I have a full sized in my stash so don't need to repurchase. Do like this product though and am hopeful that bonus time is on again by the time I need a new one.
The next PP product that I reckon will be UUed is the TBS body butter. I used it this morning and whilst there probably isn't enough left to cover my whole body next time I couldn't have applied any more this morning to finish it.
I chopped all my nails down a couple of nights ago. On Monday night I applied Nude Nail Envy to them but they looked too nude ! I know, who would have thought it! So last night I painted them with Tickle my Francey to keep them looking nudish.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

I just painted my nails with "Pink at him" by Sally Hansen. Love the baby pink color, only one coat and it's opaque BUT I had it for 1-2 years and it needs to be gone. I already know I WBA once I have used up some more polishweight loss journey: 3 KG / 8 KG

Just the one today.
UU – Katy Perry – Killer Queen *
That was a sample perfume I got from who knows where. I really enjoyed wearing this perfume. Although it was a tiny tiny spray bottle it actually did me a few days of applying liberally and the scent lasted quite a while! I don't usually like to admit to enjoying celebrity perfumes but this one was lovely!New to this money saving lark. Any tips greatly received.

Welcome butterfly.
Wondercollie - enjoy your hols, Austria is gorgeous.
maddiemay - I got DD a bar of Fullers Earth soap from the Yorkshire Soap Co for her eczema, we are lucky enough to have a shop nearby because it has worked nicely on her hands and face so I can replace easily. Will you be going to Betty's, I love the Harrogate tea rooms the most, don't let the queue put you off it soon goes down. We get afternoon tea for one with an extra cup of tea, there is plenty for two.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

Pleut - I heard many good things about that Katy Perry perfume. Given the fact that I had tons of celebrity perfumes (yes, even Paris Hilton
) I feel like I might need to check that one out - of course when I used some of my stash up

Okay so I have a UU right now:
Rexona / Sure deodorant in "Cotton" Ultra dry - WNBA I don't really like the smell so I just used it after gym (for my way home) and directly took a shower after it. Maybe I should use it as an air freshener?weight loss journey: 3 KG / 8 KG

Very expensive and highly prized in Arab Gulf countries, reputedly an aphrodisiac, though all the expat colleagues I knew hated it and we joked it was more like a natural contraceptive! I dreaded getting into elevators as some seemed to bathe in it and the scent was so overpowering I'd be nauseous by the time I reached my floor. Just shows how smell is so, so individual. I suspect blended with other scents a subtle amount is fine.
I can't agree more about scents being an individual preference, also nodding my head in agreement with your 'natural contraceptive' comment
I have been good today :A Had to pick up a script from the pharmacy and managed to avoid buying anything from their extensive sale section. Then I went to Boots with my boys so they could choose an aftershave for DH, and that was all I came out withAnd finally I have ordered some home fragrance oils from TBS and didn't put anything unnecessary into my basket, despite having a 40% off code.
Off to have a well earned cider after all my good behaviour
ETA, Sundaysgirl, I did wonder if you would have been there to see WAS and The Hives in action! Not meaning to rub salt I the wound but it was fantastic, I was a total fan girl and touched Howling Pelle's bare sweaty chest0 -
