Thanks for describing what Absinthe can do - too lethal to mention.

Just had a wander up to my friend's house (they are on holiday) and just chatted in a very nice way with the party goers outside about what happened tonight, saying are they Ok and everything else OK. Music not too loud, no-one else seems drunk, seemingly the young lad in question has a history of it (just turned 16!!!!!!) ! He just came back from holiday and brought that lethal drink back with him. Sorry, but some of my sympathy with parents have gone out of window. If either of my two had brought that back in under our duristriction - confiscated!!!

My friend's son came out and saw me there (I am just about his auntie but wasn't going in to be seen as an oldie - he really appreciated I was there and not being in anyone's face). I just wanted to be sure all was OK after what happened earlier. He really said he appreciated it. I couldn't have given him a beamer in front of his friends unless he deserved it which I don't think he does. It is his 16th birthday tonight and he does know his Auntie M loves him!!! He gave me a big kiss and hug last night when given card and gave me another tonight just about 10 minutes ago in front of his pals! Well at 16 that is a big thing!!

I had hoped to be in bed ages ago but felt I had to do this for my friends and my nearly nephew. I did offer to be partly parentis in loco when they were away! Rough with the smooth. Knackered!
