FMG (Harrow) Ltd is the former name of a company called Apcoa Facilities Management (Harrow) Ltd-Company No 03481526. They changed their name on 27th November 2008.
You may want to check your paperwork to make sure you are dealing with the same company, because there's another company called Apcoa Parking (UK) Ltd.
I did note that both companies are nearly two months late in filing their accounts.

I'm guessing there is a rich vein of impropriety arising from that antique contract.Je suis Charlie.0

We've seen that photo before, Fergie, but then someone complained and the words bottom left 'civil penalties' was covered up - was it you that posted it originally where this happened (is it on this thread earlier?).
So...that's not a current pic of the sign is it? Ccomplete with the word 'penalties'? Mr MP won't get it unless you point out simple stuff like the fact the tired old BPA Code of Practice bans the word penalty.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I wish you luck, IMHO since most hospitals I have visited/been in (as able bodied) are well outside of areas close to town centres/shopping I find it repugnant there is any charge at all for anyone, since the operators seem to be preying on those already in distress, who otherwise chooses to park in a hospital car park for crying out loud?
Few are viable via public transport 24/7 and to place a charge which rises by time when it is that very time delay in getting seen/assessed and diagnosed that causes 90% of the stress on patients is frankly insulting.
I sincerely hope that clinics/hospitals are getting some sort of kick back from these excessive and monopolistic charges as otherwise I am !!!!!!ed if I can understand why the health trust etc accept them as de rigeur, as they obviously aren't!
APCOA btw stands for Airport Parking Company of AMERICA.
I am a naturally very cynical person and all I see from routine charging to use a hospital carpark to visit or attend that hospital is a gradual 'acceptance' process of introducing charges into the public health care system, it's all very well providing basic healthcare for free at point of service, but when the NHS or their partners/services starts making charges for everything else which are either necessary or obligatory to get that service it starts looking more like ryanair than Ernest Bevins dream. A sad waste of my NI contributions thats for damn sure.
They'll be flogging off the council houses next to try and turn traditional labour voters into tories by hoodwinking them into believing they are now middle class.............Unless specifically stated all posts by me are my own considered opinion.
If you don't like my opinion feel free to respond with your own.0 -

Yep, it was me that originally posted it and complained to the BPA. It is still the same signs, just with blue tape over the word penalty. I just reposted in reply Castle's post, to show what APCOA it was.0 -

APCOA keep all revenues from the car park and also pay APCOA more money. I have FOI'd the hospital asking this, it is in this thread somewhere.0 -
Apcoa Parking (UK) Ltd are a member the BPA but I cannot find Apcoa Facilities Management (Harrow) Ltd on the AOS list.
Maybe there's a newer contract somewhere which shows Apcoa Parking UK as the operator.0 -
They are the same company or at least certainly have the same address.0

Well according to Companies House APCOA Facilities Management (Harrow) Limited still exists, is active, and hasn't changed its name. If that's the only contract "APCOA" has with the hospital then you've got them bang to rights Fergie.
In the unlikely event that the ticket issued to you is in the name of APCOA Facilities Management (Harrow) Limited you've got APCOA and the DVLA for requesting/issuing keeper details where the company is not a member of an ATA. Complaints to DVLA and ICO about breaching the DPA.
If, as is almost certain, the ticket is in the name APCOA Parking (UK) Limited, you've got them for operating without landowner authority. Mucho complaints indicated again to BPA, DVLA, ICO, Uncle Tom Cobley and all.Je suis Charlie.0
